We have contacted Reddy Ice at the following number **************) on the 7th of March about there ice machine not freezing and we were losing ice. They made a ticket and said they would sent someone out. On March 11, I called the same number and then person told me that someone should have been out on the 9th however since that didn't happen he would escalate the ticket. On March 11th and 12th we turned in requests to have the machine fixed via Reddy Ice app. March 13th we have lost $203.00 worth of ice because their machine is broken and is not working. I have again today called the number above and was told the would reach out to someone to try and get an update. Not only have we lost the $203 but other sales because we can not house ice and it is in the middle of spring break in our area. Very disappointed in the way we are discarded and the money we are losing.Initial Complaint

Reddy ice failed to deliver ice for over a week , with no possible delivery date. We have put a request last week 9/14/2022 , and as today 9/21/2022 3:40 pm , no delivery yet. I have called their customer service on 9/19, 9/20 and today and they have not provided any update. monday 9/19 they said someone will contact me . 9/20 they said it will be delivered on 9/20 or tomorrow 9/21. Today I called again and again I was told someone will contact me . But I need delivery, my business is being affected. All through summer 2022, we have had delivery issue since they had bought off their competitor my 2 cents: Since we are a franchisee, we HAVE to use them. But as a small business owner , this is one of the simplest consumable products , i do not understand , why this is causing so much problemInitial Complaint

I purchased 2 bags of Reddy ice from *******. When I got home and put everything away I opened the ice to refill my water bottle. As I was grabbing ice out I have noticed that there was what looked like some kind of mold/grey piece frozen in the ice not one not 2 but a few pieces. I opened the other bag and have also found the exact same thing in the other bag! It is absolutely disgusting knowing that I have probably drank that not knowing about what was frozen in my ice � I have also taken pictures for evidence
