*********************************************** Moving Company ("TMMC") agreed to provide packing, moving and storage services while I completed a remodel for my home. TMMC was supposed to wrap and pack my items, box items, label boxes, move boxes to a storage unit (which they selected and contracted with directly), store my items in a climate controlled environment until my home was ready for my items to be moved back in. I had some issues with TMMC during the rental period as well I was unhappy with the way they stored some items in part of my home that was not being remodeled, so I elected to not use TMMC to move my items back into my home. When I arrived at the storage unit and began removing items from the storage unit, I noticed that the items were packed terribly (boxes crushed, items damaged, items seemingly thrown in the storage unit haphazardly, etc.). As I proceeded, I noticed that there were items that were not mine that were being stored in my storage unit. As I began to unpack and place items in my home, I noticed that many of my items were missing. I also noticed that many of my items were damaged, boxes were not labeled, boxes were crushed due to being only partially packed, items in boxes were not wrapped, etc.I contacted TMMC and they interacted with me in the beginning, but after it became apparent as to the magnitude of the damage and the inescapability of the potential liability of TMMC, they stopped responding to me.

I had called to get a quote for some handy work to be done in my house. I was told by the owner that his guys were more than qualified and could complete the following; installing cabinet pulls (hardware) to my kitchen cabinets/drawers, changing out bedroom door handles, changing out kitchen and bathroom faucets, and putting together a dresser cabinet. I was quoted for a 4-hour job using 4 of his guys. The guys came out on April 14th. They did NOT know how to do ANYTHING. The first guy took over an hour and a half to change out TWO door handles. In the process, he damaged my bedroom doors and scratched up the door handles. The other two guys were in the kitchen trying to install the cabinet pulls. They were unprepared and had no clue what they were doing. They did not have the tool to install the pulls and used a measuring tape instead. They were literally drilling holes in my cabinets without properly measuring. The other guy completely scratched up the dresser cabinet and broke the drawers on them while putting it together. After 8 hours, I was left with holes in my kitchen cabinet drawers (that are visible), several handles that were installed incorrectly, a broken dresser that can't be used, and a $500 invoice. The only thing that got done was the two door handles, and those were damaged. That night, I had a long talk with the owner *****. He promised me that he would replace everything that was damaged. I have text messages proving that he was going to file a claim and get everything replaced. It's July 5th and nothing NOTHING has been fixed or replaced. I do not think I should have to pay $500 for work that was not completed, and I feel my items should be replaced like the owner promised.
