All around horrible experience. Illegal business is being done here. My financial advisor cleared out his off a day after we gave him our down payment. They have all of our information and we dont know what they are doing with it. We returned the car two days ago and they are giving me the run around about my down payment which I find odd. Saying its a process but I honestly think our advisor ran off with our money and they are trying to hide the fact that this is their fault. Do not do business at this location at all! I bought a vehicle from them July 5th ***** down had the car 3-day was called back in to bring the car back past Friday Said they will havee a check on Monday now they giving me the run around about my own money they owe me and I ***'t appreciate it at all very unprofessional business discriminating against racism wit black people and disabled people as well am a disabled person would like something *** bout it need my thousand dollars backReview from Rev. Ive taken my truck in several times under ******* mile warranty and they keep putting me off to do the diagnostic telling me they dont know if its covered. Promised a loner and a call back when I could bring it in. No one has called me its been a week. Spoke to manager about it he was suppose to call back he has not when I call service **** Im put on hold for hours. **** has lied constantly. I have a rack and pinion issue which should be covered under the extended warranty that I have with them as well as with my finance company but they refuse to get me in . I guess theyre hoping I exceed my ******** they wont have to honor it. Worst place ever!Review from Tina P

They sold me a car that has mechanical issues and they refuse to fix it. Their advertisement says I can return the vehicle in 7days if I am not happy with the vehicle and they refused. I have had it in their shop two or three times its still not fixed. This was not the car I was approved for I test drove a Nissan Rogue when I returned I was forced to take the jeep and it has two recalls on it. The airbag system keeps coming onReview from Angela D

Very poor customer service.I came into today to get options as my lease-end is approaching. Once they discovered I was not interested in a new trade, the communication became harsh, rushed, and rude.I was presented with options outside of my preference, a different salesman tried to take our business everytime our salesman walked away. ******* approached me with options for the lease which were not aligned with my questions, cut me off as I tried to explain why I came in (to get options for if I purchase my leased car closer to the end date), then ultimately left the table abruptly when I mentioned the staff's communication seemed off today. Overall very poor experience with rude staff. Staying loyal to this company is not worth it in the long run.I ended up just getting my keys back and leaving the dealership with no help today.Review from Myesha B

I had the absolute worst experience with Clay ********************** of **********. I was talked to as if I was nothing. The General Manager was so rude until I had to call the police department for assistance. I was called a liar and a fraudster to my face and in front of others and I was asked to leave the store. Long story short the finance *********************** did a bad deal he knew my situation before submitting all documents to the bank, took my 3,0000.00 down payment and I signed documents to the vehicle. Only to receive a text stating the deal fell through and I needed to return the vehicle. Im at the dealership trying to figure out how I could remain in my vehicle and explained what the financial institution told me. When asked to leave the store the General manager comes out the store asking for the keys to the vehicle I told him send the police to get them because once again hes told me to leave. The ******************************************************************************** the vehicle until the police arrived. By this time the General manager had ripped the paper tag off the back of my car and told me now its considered stolen and that it would be a civil case and the police would side with him. He then pulled his cell phone out started filming me and yelling so your going to steal this car. Did I forget to mention he jumped into a vehicle on the lot and blocked me in as if I was really trying to steal the vehicle. When he ripped the paper tag off the car he tore it up in my face and told me its his store he can do whatever he wants to do. I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated before in my life. I purchased a certified pre-owned 2019 Nissan rogue sv which had ***** miles on it before I even set foot on the. Clay Cooley Nissan of ****** property. I was told by *********************** that he knew the car was very well taken care of. I was given a Carfax report that stated that the 121 point inspection was completed. And everything checked out and was marked as OK. Including the vital fluids.i was lead to BELIEVE that everything was good to go and I had ****** miles before I had to have service for it. As per the salesmen's word And the car fax report. Just under 13 hundred miles later I received emails stating that I needed to bring the car back for service. That was already **** miles overdue for these services. They knew this. But they DIDN'T tell me. And I complained about it to the general sales manager. ************************* and he told me that they didn't have to tell me everything about the car. Had they told me about it. I would have said well CORRECT that or let me see something else. I WAS NOT GIVEN THAT OPPORTUNITY AGAIN I was lead to BELIEVE that everything was good to go for thirty thousand miles before service was needed. I was LIED too. And having been. Told that they didn't have to tell me everything about the car. That automatically raises major Red flags. Now I'm stuck wondering what else is wrong with the car that they. Didn't have to tell me about. I can't help but feel like I was taken advantage of and treated unfairly. I was told that I got a STELLAR deal. B-S. I got shafted. I now hate this car not because of the car. But because of DISHONEST SALES DEPARTMENT SALESMEN. I was even told I would leave on a full tank of fuel. That didn't happen either I was told that they had ran out of fuel. So in a nutshell if your looking for a Nissan vehicle. Go to another Nissan dealership that has NOTHING TO DO WITH CLAY *********************** I know that I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from any of his dealerships. Let me start off by saying the customer service here is by far the worst I have ever experienced by management. We called this location and spoke to **** before driving over an HOUR during rush hour to see a pre-owned car that they promised they would sell to us in our price range and double confirmed this with him. However, once we finally get there that price was not honored, even though we specifically stated over the phone it would not be worth our time to drive out there if it was anything more. When we told the salesman that if they could not honor this pricing for us, we were leaving. They sent the manager over, and he started out arguing and gaslighting us like it was our fault. I am a manager myself in the service industry, and it was beyond unprofessional to ever speak to a customer that way. When we told him that they should not promise pricing to clients that they will not honor especially if theyre driving from far away, he responded with well have a nice day. The unprofessionalism and poor customer service ESPECIALLY from management was unacceptable. (managers are supposed to de-escalate situations by the way if you arent aware, I would send this manager back to training). Do not go to this dealership unless youre ready to be lied to and want to argue over something thats THEIR fault. We had high hopes for this place, but run away. We would rate it 0 stars if we could, what a waste of time and gas. We will be sure to tell everyone we know how we were treated at Clay Cooley Nissan dealership.Review from Robert W

This place is a scam. They spam calls trying to get you to come in, after declining other offers. They still insist that you come in, like they really want to do business. Just to make commissions. They ignored the pre-approval from my bank. Running your credit just to get a check. I was offered a full tank of gas just to come in and sit for hrs. Then gave me an excuse that the gas pumps are not working. ???? false advertising on pro mode.
