Yeah, just the worst. Targeted "violations" are common. Literally got a violation for one tire of my truck in the rocks when my neighbors park their whole a** cars on their rocks. Never see anyone out taking pictures of their property and I would know because we have cameras.Associa Home Office - Dallas Response

********************* just started managing our HOA, so I don't have enough experience with them yet to rate them in a management regard. However, their ASK program that helps neighborhood children teams is a wonderful program! Our high school band just received a $250 scholarship from this program and it is greatly appreciated!Review from Dan A

I am a resident at ********************** in *********. A former ********* member. We have used ***** management here for many years. We had frequent minor complaints about their services and decided to end our contract. That proses took nearly 12 months. It officially ended 8/31/2024. Several of our vendors including the water district have stopped our service due to no payment since May. Our HOA is incurring several hundred dollars in late fees due to Smiths neglect. I addition they are withholding over $115,000 of our reserve funds. This is greatly affecting our community wich includes several fixed income seniors. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This company is the *** for the duplexs, on our street.We lost a sale on our home because phone calls and emails were never answered nor were the required documents sent for the closing on the home. Once another offer on the home was received, yet again, no returned phone calls or emails for 2 weeks. I went to the office. Excuses were given. I asked that they call the loan officer or realtor to explain the issues, and they refused. There are no phone numbers or emails for staff on their website. I was however able to find a phone number for ***** ******, Senior Vice President, *********** but never received a call back Unbelievable!! Finally, I received a call from the Branch President and documents were finally received in time for the closing. Additional, the roof of the home was damaged in a storm. The *** had replaced the roof a few years back, but I was told by the company that they weren't responsible for any roof repairs. The duplex is in dire need of repainting. An issues that I have opted not to approach the company with.I would never own smithy home that is associated with this company!Associa Home Office - Dallas Response

This company is the most atrocious management company my husband and I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Unprofessional puts it lightly with their "service". They do not address any concerns or questions we have as residents who are homeowners. Additionally, they do not respond to emails or requests to address concerns via phone. They do not care about the homeowners who pay their salary. Everyone we have had to deal with is grossly incompetent. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I would only wish this on my worst enemy to have to deal with the people who represent this sham of a company.Associa Home Office - Dallas Response

I am filing a complaint regarding the poor customer service and billing practices of ***********************. The employees consistently fail to answer phone calls, and when they do, they are often dismissive and unwilling to take the time to explain charges. Attempts to resolve issues through support tickets are met with significant delays, and even when responses are provided, they frequently do not address the core concerns. Additionally, the company has imposed late fees and administrative charges without prior notification, which is both unprofessional and unfair to customers. I am seeking resolution to these issues and improved transparency in the company's communication and billing practices. Thank you for your attention to this matter.Review from DEBORAH T

We are taking them to small claims court. Charging us 45 for a shower rod that we took with us because we provided upon move in ! Also keeping half of our security deposit for repainting ! Really? You are selling the house, you have to paint. We have pics and videos of when we moved in and when we left. It's a money grab and we are looking forward to winning in court. Absolutely difficult to get ahold of. Won't respond in timely manner and no-one has any idea of how to help with an issue, they simply forward you to another dullard for less than helpful answers.
