      I took my nephew to the *********** Market Place location on Feb 20, 2023, the Waitress was LOW Energy, Very Rude and non-responsive, all she did was play on her phone at the Bar, we were sitting at the Bar Table areas, When we asked for the check it took over 25 minutes, finally I went to the bar to get the check myself. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. I EVEN CALLED THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE 3 TIMES AND EVERY TIME THEY SAID THE MANAGER FROM THE ***** RESTAURANT WILL CALL. ABSOLUTELY NOT ONE PERSON CONTACTED ME. NOW I KNOW WHERE THE RUDE, NON-RESPONSIVE ATTITUDE COMES FROM (IT'S TAUGHT AT THE CORPORATE LEVEL) I PRAY EVERYDAY THAT THIS FRANCHINE GOES OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!! ***************************

      My daughter, who is 16 went to TGIF in Chicago, 153 E. Erie Street with family on April 9th in the evening around 7pm. She bought and paid for her food which was $45.00. The next day, we found out that she was charged over $400.00. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager several times. Manager said would investigate and get back to me and never has. Manager also stated that he didn't believe this happened. I will be filing a police report. We have the receipt as well as the bank statement showing what happened. Don't go to this restaurant, they are committing fraud and theft. I have reported them to corporate and the consumer protection bureau.

      TGIF MAJOR CATASTROPHY
      9:00PM 5/21/2022 Our party of 5 dined at TGIF
      inside GOLD COAST CASINO on Flamingo, LAS VEGAS NV.
      Paid with credit card by ******* *******

      We've been a Friday Rewards email member, *******************, for several years, and therefore asked, as usual, for the free chips & salsa, that we NEVER RECEIVED, when the server ASKED FOR PROOF!

      Server stayed with us for over 10 mins as we tried multiple times to access YOUR TGIF website with ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WORKING. WEBSITE INACTIVE, GREAT WI FI CONNECTION, BUT COULDN'T EVEN SIGN UP NEW ACCOUT. (Even a month later on 6/25/22 New account sign up is unaccessable!) YOUR WEBSITE WAS FAULTY!

      Server said he would send the MANAGER! OK! ...WE NEVER SAW A MANAGER ALL NIGHT!

      Without conformation, due to YOUR FAULTY WEBSITE, NO chips & salsa!

      Server came back, took orders, understanding that APPETISERS WERE DISCOUNTED IN THE BAR, (IF NOT, AND HAS CHANGED, TELL US!) WHICH IS WHERE WE WERE, BUT THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN!

      Other orders which were specific, and written on the check, were IGNORED!

      SEVERAL attempts to access YOUR WEBSITE DISCOUNTS, were unavailable due to YOUR FAULTY WEBSITE! YOUR WEBSITE WAS FAULTY!

      Food arrived, by 4 different staff, not knowing who ordered what! THEN...

      THEN, THEY DISSAPEARED! We never had ANYONE to check on us, refill, everything ok? NOTHING!

      Only to bring the check, with NO DISCOUNTS, NO CHIPS & SALSA, NO MANAGER! NOTHING!

      EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE, OVERCHARGED, WITH NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL!

      Went to TGI at the Gold Coast Casino. Service was extremely poor to say the least. Food was okay but service was almost non-existent. Waitress said she was working alone but the casher didn't seem to care on helping her. Had to wait each of the times we went there to get our food and to get our bill. No sense of urgency by any of the workers that we saw there. Would not have gone except the conference we were attending had this place in a convenient location in the casino. Other customers had the same problems. Would suggest the casino get another restaurant that provides better service or their business might start hurting keeping this restaruant there.

      My wife and I were traveling home from Hilton Head. We were there for a wedding. We had a layover at the Atlanta Airport. With 3 hours to spare we thought, "let's get a drink and some food at Fridays". We ordered beers and chicken strips. The chicken came out to the table cold, like it was on the counter for some time. We sent it back. They returned with it hotter, like it was put in a microwave but still cold. We ate it and got food poisoning. I was sick on the airplane, 3 1/2 hours to Phoenix AZ. When we landed, my wife became sick. We landed at 9:00 pm and didn't leave the airport in Phoenix until 12:30 am. I let Fridays know what happened. They offered a meal refund. I didn't accept it, felt like a slap in the face for the issues they put us through.

      I'M IN A GAME THAT HAS TGI FRIDAY S AD IN IT AND I WOULD LOVE IT REMOVED. BUT THE PROBLEM IS EVERYTIME I GO TO CLOSE IT OR HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY ABOUT IT IT STILL KEEPS POPPING UP. FROM THE WAY I SEE IT MY OPINION DOESN'T MATTER WHEN IT SHOULD. SO I'D LIKE TO AFTER TODAY NO LONGER SEE THIS AD OR I'LL BE DELETING THIS CHARADE OF A GAME

      Rip Off. Wow, just wow. I ate at the Fridays on *************** Ave in Tampa today. The people are so nice and the food good. My issue. I ordered a plain hamburger patty and a few slices of tomatoes. .I was charged $16. What on earth. When I inquired the server said that manager would only take off the tomatoes but kept the $12.06 hamburger patty. Just for reference, a bacon cheeseburger meal with fries is $12.98. I reached out to TGI Friday on several occasions via FB and they said someone from "Leadership" will call me. I have yet to receive anything from them. I had the same lunch last week at Reb Robin with some people from my company and I was charged 3.99 for the burger patty. I will NEVER go back to TGI Friday and will take every opportunity to tell people how awful they are.
