Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention.  We are a national marking company that generate direct mail campaigns for our clients and we can easily rectify this situation. These marketing letters are sent from a number of different vendors, including ** regarding insurance products for new home owners.  You generally receive them right after your home purchase to inform  you of insurance products available to you to protect your home and family.  We can do our part and remove you from our mailing list but please keep in mind that there are other vendors that also mail similar mailings that you may receive.  Thank you for reaching out so that we can resolve this issue for you.

I recently got a mortgage. Within days of closing, this company started sending me an unsolicited mailing that uses deceptive language like "Important Notice" and lists the lender's name at the top of the mailing to make it appear to be from the mortgage company. The mailing is simply spam trying to sell mortgage insurance. As if that deception wasn't enough, they don't list a company name or a physical address anywhere because they know what they are doing is shady if not illegal. These companies need to stop deceiving consumers like this. I'm signed up on the do not send junk mail list like the do not call list. Here's one of the return addresses on the prepaid envelope. The only thing with any contact information. NATIONAL PROCESSING CENTER PO BOX ****** ****** ** 75261-9793

I am getting mail almost daily from NATIONAL PROCESSING CENTER, ************** regarding insurance for a home loan. I closed on a mortgage recently and it is to the point of harassment in our mail. They have the dollar amount of the loan which of course went to my neighbors mailbox and they accidentally opened in error. Now my neighbor knows my loan amount. I do not want the insurance, I do not want any mail from them at all. What can be done to stop this? I can't find a way to contact them and when I called the number the person hung up the phone when I said stop sending mail to me.

Every day since moving into my home this company is sending me harassing mails requesting that I obtain insurance on my property and my life alleging they are affiliated with my bank. i contacted my bank and scanned in the letters received and they confirmed no affiliation. I understand fraud companies skim new purchases at the city level and attempt to scam new buyers. I will not be one. I reversed googled the address saw multiple complaints about the same thing, I added mine and i will be sending the company and cease and desist letter written out by my legal team. i want this as public record because a lot of unexplained fires are occurring with scams to defraud insurance. I want this publicized so that if something was to happen to my home these are people of interest to start with
