I received a call that the jacket was in on March 2nd. I went in on March 3rd to pay for it and decided to get my first name embroidered underneath the shield. I received a call that the jacket was ready on March 5th to pick up. I was excited when I arrived at the store to pick up the jacket and was deeply disappointed when I saw it. The jacket was damaged by the embroidery machine. The machine pulled the threads on the jacket, and it was clearly evident. I was not pleased at all. I asked the owner's wife, who took the order, what could be done. She said, "Nothing." She engaged in small talk, as if she could not see I was not happy. I left the store disappointed. I called the store the next day to say I was not happy with the jacket. The owner's wife said she would order another one for me in the same size. That was on March ****** followed up by calling every week and she told me the jacket was ordered, and she had to wait on the vendor for the order. She mentioned I could exchange it for a medium, or she could give me the $10 back for the embroidery. Really? I have the original tags on the jacket, it was not damaged before the embroidery, she why not offer a full refund or replace the jacket I haven't worn? It was within 30 days! I called on Monday, April 8th, and the owner's wife stated the jacket was available. I went to the store on April 9th, and she had a jacket and handed me a bag in a size medium. I told her I needed a small. She said, "Try it on." I tried it on, which I had done on a previous visit, and did not like the bulk of the medium. She said she would order the small. I told her it has been over a month since I ordered the jacket and asked I how long it would take, because spring is almost over, and I won't be able to wear the jacket because it will be too hot. She stated I should wear the jacket I have in my possession until the order arrives. The resolution for me is to have the $64.94 refunded to me, and I will return the jacket to N Zone.Customer response

I contacted the company by email on Friday to resolve the issue with the jacket, and it was resolved by the owner. I was refunded the full of amount of $64.94 on April 15, 2024. I have a receipt of the refund. This case can be closed as of today.
