I purchased dice and a shift from this business July 14, 2020. The business sent the shirt but not the dice and proceeded to tell me it was not possible to send said dice due to California shutting down for covid. They eventually stopped answering the phone and I have yet to receive my items or a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a mug from this business on Feb 24, 2021 I have tried to get in touch with this business multiple times because I have moved since placing the order, Total on the order was ***** usd. During that time he was claiming there were manufacturing issues because it was coming from over seas. I have seen recently others have filed a complaint against this company and want to do my due diligence. I have emailed the business many times and have only gotten automated responses. I have tried to reach out via social media only to be blocked. I am going to submit images of the original order. Main reason I have not filed a complaint sooner was because I was unaware that this service was in place, and I tried to handle it consumer to business without getting someone else involved.Initial Complaint

Like many others, I ordered a pair of mugs from this business on August 30th, 2021 for a total of $79.92. I had been holding out hope I would receive my order because he sent many emails about delays and posted about it on his social media channels. During the year I had attempted to contact the owner, ****, about any updates on where my order was. Unfortunately all my emails were ignored and I as given the same email copy and pasted to me many times. I have recently seen him promoting the same exact products on TikTok and it reminded me of the order I never received because he kept stalling me long enough and made me confused on how I could even get a refund for my order. He seems to have scammed many people out of hundreds of dollars and unfortunately seems to have gotten away with it. He has a new pair of teeth to prove it, as seen on his new TikTok videos, his username is "Diceanddragons" and he continues to promote his online store to keep generating revenue through this scam.Initial Complaint

I purchased a sign from Dice and Dragons on Aug 16th and though I was immediately charged I have not received the product the owner does not respond to any method of communication I have tried. I am only looking to get my money refunded at this point.Initial Complaint

Paid for some mugs in June of 2022 and never heard anything more from the seller. He stole my money and apparently continues to scam people into getting these mugs. He seems to have found a loophole and is using it by keeping a fake image of his brand up on tik tok and deleting any negative reviews or comments.Initial Complaint

On 3/13/23 I ordered two mugs totaling $60 from Dice and Dragons' website. I have never received the items I ordered. I tried to communicate with the business and its owner but have been mostly ignored. All communication methods indicate they will not respond due to too many customers. I did manage a generic response in April, indicating the issue was on the shipping side due to the items coming from overseas. I have been unable to get any further updates or communication of any kind from them since. I would like a full refund. I have attached the original order confirmation.Initial Complaint

I purchased several items from Dice and Dragons during their June '21 promotion to expand their new location. I wanted to support them as I believe friendly local game stores are great for their communities.After a month of nothing more than an order confirmation, I reached out to see what was going on with my order. The response I got was understandable, they'd gotten way more orders than they could keep up with and shipping would be delayed. So I waited, and would occasionally reach out for updates every few months, each time they would respond that they were fulfilling orders slowly and assured me to just be patient. This continued all the way to March of '23, since then all of my attempts to contact have been ignored. And when I attempted to contact them during a TikTok Live session, where the owner has been soliciting for viewers to pay for his dental surgery, they blocked me.Initial Complaint

I purchased items from their online shop during a sale. It has been 1.5 years and i have yet to receive product. They state they were scammed but continue to sell items and ignore me. They are now opening a new physical store and continue to ignore me. Disabling all forms of direct contact. I waited longer due to promise of delivery. *** attempted to reach out via chat on their site. Via email. Via FB messenger. Via form on their site, and even through tiktok comments.
