      I had my 2015 ******** taken to them. These guys were very nice and helpful with all the questions I had. Slay the owner was always at the shop and his staff could not have been more professional. They fixed my hail damage and a couple of minor problems I had so that when I got my car back it was exactly how I wanted it. Great experience! I totally recommend this place

      Repaired my vehicle to 100 percent, they kept me in communication the entire time with my repairs. Even concierged my vehicle too and from my house. Will never use another automotive repair facility again!

      Drove my manual ***** civic without my approval stating that my mother had approved it. She wasnt my mother, and I had told him that twice. even if she was, Im 24 and the car is in my name and I did NOT approve a thirty minute highway drive to drop off the car after the work was done. He also told me on both cars I had worked on with him that I would be getting a new hood, come to find out neither were replaced, simply dent pulled.Its hard to get exceptionally mad because he did cover my insurance deductible, and the work provided was good, but the driving of my vehicle without my approval is impossible to overlook, making the overall experience upsetting.

      We gave this client exemplary service and we apologize that he wasn't happy in the end. We're extremely confused as to why the client is upset as we deliver and pick up vehicles all day everyday for all of our clients. And we've never had any situation where the client is not accepting of that. We provide concierge drop off service to your exact location with three other vehicles. It was our understanding that this is a family that we were dealing with not just an individual. The documents signed by the client stated that we have the right to move the car to either work on it or deliver the car. I'd spoke to the gentleman via text a couple of times the week prior and told him that we had planned on delivering the vehicle as a five-star experience. I called earlier that morning to to let him know we were on our way and also text. We replaced the hood on one of the vehicles as that's what the insurance company paid for. The other vehicle we did not replace the hood as there was no capa certified Hood available. So we took the professional courtesy of going ahead and doing the *** which is much more expensive than what the insurance company paid for. We absorb $1,000 deductible on both vehicles. We gave it exemplary service there was just a communication breakdown about the delivery of the vehicle. I
