Every review is true. DO NOT PURCHASE from Legiral. Today is August 9, 2024. My massage gun stopped working after 8 months! I purchased it through Amazon. I believe Amazon severed the business relationship with this company. The phone number is a busy signal. I emailed, called and texted the company via their website. I checked their social media presence. They do not respond. Beware and be forewarned.Review from Ser G

What a piece of sh*t company this is. They dont answer ANY phone calls, reply back to their support chat, OR respond back to any emails. This is probably the WORST company I have dealt with. I ordered a product from them recently and they have GHOSTED me as Im trying to return this garbage product of theirs.Review from Franklin W

The company site seems bogus - the customer support number is non functioning. nobody responds to chat or email.I purchased Legiral L3 massage gun in 2021. The product worked for little over a year and stopped working. I have been trying to get some assistance with the product and understand my options - including fixing etc. but have not been able to contact the company.Beware of the company I have selected 1 star as something is required. Add me to the list of customers who bought this device that is still under warranty and it now has a problem that I am unable to get the company to respond to, despite having reached out to them over a half dozen times in the last month. What good is a warranty/guarantee if they won't respond to you? If I had to do it all over again, I would not have purchased this Legiral device.Review from Dave D

Be warned - Stay away from this company!!!! I purchased a Legiral massager with a one-year warranty. The massager stopped working while under warranty. I have not been able to get a response from any of my emails or calls to Legiral to get it repaired or replaced. It is a very deceptive and dishonest practice to offer a one-year warranty when no one replies to your request for service. What a waste of hard-earned money and time. I truly regret this purchase. They have genuinely earned their F Rating!!! BBB please investigate this company!!!Review from Tracy C

**** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY **** If I could give ZERO stars I would. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have called and emailed multiple times regarding the Legiral massage gun I received as a gift. It lights up but doesn't turn on. I would like it repaired or replaced, but cannot reach anyone at Legiral, and no replies to my emails. If there is a CLASS ACTION SUIT I'd gladly participate. ONE STAR IS TO MANY STARS! ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS TRASH! EVERYTHING BELOW , IT IS TRUE! SKIP THIS NOISE.!!!!!!!!!!! unbelievable and totally screwed up. BBB NEEDS TO STEP UP AND NEEDS TO investigate! I want my new gun that is still covered under a 1 year limited warranty. mine also will not turn on. idc how cheep or how expensive. i will do my BEST to take legal action. this is BullSH** 4 emails- about 19 calls and messages left with detailed reasoning why I'm reaching out. No customer service. Only used it a few times and literally won't turn on. I have sent emails, called and used messenger. Only to receive an automated message from messenger. Too bad there is not a rating less than one star They seem to be a scam!
