On October 1st 2023 I placed an order for a wool jacket with a retail price of $249.99, it looked very nice in the photos. I paid extra for a required "shipping protection" fee and for two day shipping and an additional $1.99 charge for "free return to store for credit or exchanges via redo". It took about a week to receive even with the "fast shipping" and when I opened the package I was horribly disappointed, the material was cheap and when I tried it on it was too small. On October 19 I packaged the item and returned it using the e-mailed shipping label and following the return instructions. On October 24th I received an e-mail stating they were "rejecting" my return because the tag (which is safety pinned and I took off when I tried on the item) was not included. The return instructions do NOT state anything about having to return the stupid tag. The jacket was never worn and was returned in brand new condition.Business response

The customer was given a credit to cover shipping costs to send us the clothing tags so we can issue her a refund. Our return policy clearly states that all returns must be received in new condition so they can be resold. This credit was issued to her prior to her BBB complaint submission.
