      No stars for this place Fiesta Nissan took my vehicle for service the service advisor came up with a list of 25 items that needed repair but they didn't bother to diagnose what I was actually taking in the vehicle for in the first place so I asked to speak to a supervisor and he flat out said I am not going to fix your vehicle I am refusing service just come pick it up and I wont charge you for anything like if I was looking for some kind of handout I only wanted a direct number of how much I was going to pay for the repair and they just kept giving me the run around don't go here the supervisors name is Clerance supposably I don't know what to believe from this establishment not only that they don't have window stickers on any of the new cars they are selling because I believe they are committing fraud left and right in this place they should be shut down stay away from Bert Ogden Fiesta Nissan its a scam

      **Chronic Systemic Culture of subpar Customer service**** Vianey ******** (366019) was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. Don’t ask for clarification because she is going to give you a hard time for not being informed on the types of maintenances that are due. Extremely condescending attitude and was wiping her hands and on her ill fitting uniform after announcing she was in the restroom. She gave me a hard time for asking if I needed to keep the receipts for the air filter when I replace them, because I couldn’t afford it today. Watch out for Linda too. If they are having a bad day you’re about to know This Nissan is not a representation of the company****Service lead or service manager is your best bet to be “handled” or “dealt with”. Typical cooperation in the RGV don’t care about looking and acting professional. They make enough money to not care. Keep the “free” oil changes if I’m gonna be met with that and treated that way every time I chose to utilize them for service. I’d rather pay more at a different facility that is professional. Not to mention I had to get an Uber back because they dropped me off and when my vehicle was done told me I would be put on a waiting list to get picked up. Instead of finishing, putting in the request while I was waiting, and bringing me back but nope had to pay to get back where they took me. Have some money ready if you’re gonna leave the facility to get back in case you don’t have the time to wait. Buyer beware especially if your tight sport or can’t afford apart of the maintenance. 2/10 wouldn’t recommend.

      Horrible service. My Rogue has had to be serviced more than 15 times in the past year for basically the same issue and it’s a new car! Each time it takes min. 3 days and the technicians never give you any updates. On top of that the last time I took my car for service nearly cost me my life. They failed to put in a bolt which caused me to almost lose total control of the wheel on my way to SA, TX. Both the **** dealership (which were outstanding helping us) in SA, TX and even Fiesta Nissan admitted that this mistake was a case of gross negligence and could have cause me, my family and potentially other vehicles on the road our lives. I’m not a car expert but to have both dealerships admit to such gross negligence has me livid and ready to proceed with litigation. I wouldn’t trust these technicians with my bicycle at this point. I wouldn’t feel safe honestly. Stay away from Fiesta Nissan.

      I went through Johnathon G**** of Bert Ogden Fiesta Nissan in Eidenburg, Texas and bought my 2022 Pro-4X. I worked closely with him about getting the paperwork signed and sent over, I played their game of forcing me to wait extra days for them to process the paperwork then last second try to rush everything. I dealt with a private shipping broker and company to get the truck to Florida. I was assured by both Johnathon and the finance people that they would register the truck to me in Florida and ***** me the plate. The temp tag they sent me expires on July 31. I had to call there 5 times and message Johnathon approximately 4 times about this plate. They finally registered the vehicle in the state of Texas. I’m now stuck having paid for a registration that they ignored until the last second, and failed to correctly register, and my temp plate expires in less than 2 weeks. Do not use this dealership or go through this salesperson. As soon as the ink hit the paper, the communication dried up and they do no care about you. You aren’t a loyal customer, you don’t matter and they will not contact you back.

      As a potential buyer, i went to ask a few general questions about a couple new vehicles. One of their sales clerks said that their inventory of new cars were marked as the actual msrp. I called him out on this as the website on NISSAN was about 4-5000 less. He then admitted it was the dealership marking up the price. That same day i was also told by a second sales clerk that there is an extra delivery fee on top of the one that is included in the invoice when you buy the vehicle. Yet, another tactic to try to take advantage of their customers, mostly the uninformed. Lastly their internet manager admitted their website is a false representation of their inventory. When we spoke he said that their 'computer generated' cars and ads were not of actual cars in the store but they were cars that were 'on their way'. This gave off horrible vibes and i decided to take my business elsewhere. I also contacted Nissan consumer affairs on these crooks.
