In May 2024, I ordered a custom double vanity and a medicine cabinet from this company. It was paid in full ($2005.99) and I was told it would take 10 weeks for delivery.On July 10, 2024 I was informed by *** that my order would be complete by the end of July or early August and I would be sent a tracking number.On August 8, 13 and 17 I reached out via text to *** inquiring about our order and he has never responded. I then began to send emails directly to the company, and those two have been ignored, Today I called and left a message informing them that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau and may end up having to seek an attorney. No one has responded still.Customer response

I placed a rush order for a vanity, mirror and linen cabinet with Happy Frog Decor on April 2, 2024 for my bathroom renovation. The order was supposed to arrive within 6 weeks and never came. I have been promised multiple dates since then and the product never arrived. I have requested a refund for my order since they were unable to deliver the products and provide an accurate ETA. I have followed up on this request via email, text, voicemail, chat service on the website and ******** messenger, and they have been unresponsive for the last few weeks. I suspect this may not be a legitimate company and I made the mistake of not reporting this within 60 days to my credit card company. I would like help resolving this issue.
