I had the worst experience with this company while trying to buy my new house. The person in charge of my loan was ***** ******* She lacked interest in my business and went without answering to my calls or emails. I came to find out that she had gone out of town without even a courtesy contact in the middle of the process. ** *** ***** ** ******* ******** *** *** ** ****** **** *** ******* ***** ** *** *** **** ** **** ** ***** *** ************ When we finally got a hold of her, she purposely avoided my calls or any contact, which caused me to miss my closing date and to lose my house. *** **** ** *************** *** *** ********* ****** ** ** **** *** ***** * *** **** ******* ** ***. If I could give a negative review I would. The entire process worked with RMMC was horrible. The customer service is horrible as well. We worked with ****** and used a VA home loan, Id rather get hit by a truck than have to work with ****** again. There was no communication throughout the process. Any time I reached out to see what else needed to be done, ****** had no answers and would get quiet rude on the phone. After living in the home for 6 months our mortgage payment doubled. That increase was expected but no one from RMMC felt the need to contact me about the increase. When I called they had once again explained that they do not email or make phone calls and I should have received a notice in the mail. I did not receive anything I’m the mail from RMMC. I asked them to mail out the paperwork again to the same address they did before and I received the paperwork 2 days later. At first I gave them the benefit of doubt that maybe my address was wrong in the system but obviously they had the correct address. 1 month later I received a notice in the mail saying I had not paid taxes or insurance the entire time I have lived in the home. This notice came from the city and not from RMMC. I called RMMC to get a little explanation on this and they had told me they sent out a notice in the mail. Of course, I never received the notice from RMMC like the past times. After the representative was finished explaining the amount I owed on taxes and insurance I explained that I signed a contract with RMMC to set up an escrow account to pay insurance and taxes. They sat there and tried to tell me I do not have an escrow account with them and I would have to pay that tax sum in full to the city. I then explained that I have my closing contract in front of me where bright as day, the escrow account box was checked. After I had brought up having the contract with me they said “oh yes you do have an escrow with us, my apologies”. There is much more I have to say about RMMC……..
