This company makes a product (Breathe99), I ordered it to try (after reviewing the returns policy which is vague at best) and had a very negative sensory experience when I tried on the mask on (less than 5 seconds). I attempted to return due to this (its a $60 mask) and was denied, stating that the package had been opened, so there was nothing they could do, except a 15% off for a future purchase. Its really disappointing, as the return policy should have been more specific, especially if it cant be retuned if you open the container. I never would have ordered if that were the case because of fears like this. The reviews on the website were great, but then I learned its because they use an underhanded site (********) which gives them control to hide all the reviews the reviews that are honest 1-2 stars. Really unfortunate to feel taken advantage of by a big company and their trickery.Review from Sudhir P

Armburst changed the specifications of their KN95 masks without notification on their website and the new batch of masks no longer fit properly and are unusable. I contacted them to initiate a return and requested they cover the shipping cost, but they were NOT agreeable. Very disappointed at the customer service and sticking the cost to me for a manufacturing issue/change on their end.Review from Maureen M

I've made several purchases of Armbrust's KN-95 masks since the beginning of the Covid pandemic. I even sent some of their masks to other family members. I've been very pleased with the quality of the mask and the quick turnaround time from order to delivery.

I have been purchasing masks from Armbrust since the beginning of the pandemic. I was impressed by the transparency in their manufacturing process and I am happy to support an American company. Highly satisfied customer from CA who first purchased their masks back in 2020. Avoided sites like Amazon who continue to sell counterfeit masks or Made in China respirators that don't meet required standards. Because Armbrust is active on social media, I'm learned so much of their manufacturing process and what I should be looking for in a high quality mask. In addition to their Made In *** masks, my latest purchase was a sampler pack that not only included their branded products but allowed me to find which N95s from other manufacturers would properly fit me and my family.Armbrust American Response

First purchased the surgical masks for the office, during the pandemic, and the staff loved them. These were the only masks that would stay put while wearing eyeglasses. That was a huge selling point for us. They were then purchased for home use also. The fact that they come in assorted colors just makes it more fun to wear them.Armbrust American Response
