      Date: Sunday December 18th, 2-5 pm I planned a party for ten and paid for a party of ten. When I booked there was no one else booked for that same day, I was told that from the person at the front as well as when I called a week later to make sure that I could decorate because I hired someone and wanted to make sure they could come and set up. I was told that I could not decorate the area and only use their dcor after I asked whether I could come an hour early to set up. I was told a week before that I could not set up my own decor. And I now see why. They scratched my decor idea out and moved me to another space. So, I was moved to another location, and they let someone set up what I originally asked when I booked my party two months ahead of the person. The same exact thing I was going to do. But I was told no, but they allowed the other person to do so. I also stated that I have two people in a wheelchair, and I did not want the kids running over the chair so I asked can they accommodate them. I was told yes, but now to think of it, they just wanted the business and did not care about the actual customers.The children who work here have no customer service skills. They were talking about everything that was going on in front of others even the customers. So much so that a random parent came and told me what was going on. When I walked up there to ask for a lighter or napkins. They smirked and said here she comes, every time I went to go ask for something they made fun of me and mocked me like I was their peer. Then when I booked, I was told that I can pay for ten children and ten parents, and the others will have to pay for their self. I was told that they could not do that, but I was told before I booked the party that the others can come and not et, with which I was ok. I did not have any balloons, or juice. Just one jug of water but I was not reimbursed for any of it. This party was a mess. I am a military member who has not seen my child in 2 years because of everything going on in the world and I just wanted to have things to go right but when I told I could have the party here I was excited but as the days grew closer. I started receiving calls that was not positive at all. Like the ran my card for something that I did not even authorize. The thing I am upset is that I was told I could not do something I wanted to do even though I hired a decorator, and I did not receive everything I was supposed to because I did not have balloons or juice. Four hundred dollars is a lot to pay for when I only received tablecloths, terrible customer service and a few napkins and plates and had to bring my own cake. And on top of that, No one came over to clean up anything we cleaned up the table ourselves and So I asked for a refund on what I didnt receive and I was told that this could not be done in the store and I would have to contact support through the website, I highly doubt this is the way to correct this mistake that was made by your company, I could have simply been refunded but I the manager on duty just laughed at it and told me to contact corporate. So here I am!
