      I placed an order for a digital antenna through https://antennadeals.com/OutdoorAntennas.html on September 30th, 2022. I purchased a LAVA HD2605 Ultra 4K Motorized Outdoor HDTV UHF/VHF Antenna With 20% More Gain for $69.99. There was no confirmation for my order. No communication of a shipping timeframe. The only confirmation I have, is my PayPal transaction. The website advertises "same day shipping guaranteed if purchased by 3 pm weekdays." I purchased before 3 pm, Friday, September 30th. The website also lists a sales phone number as **************. The website also lists a sales manager as ******************* with a toll free number of **************, and a text message number of ************. And a customer service email as *********************** I have tried to contact the business through all of these means. The phone number is disconnected. The text and emails have received no response. For my desired resolution, I would like: - To receive a confirmation for my order from the business. That it has been received. My order has been processed, and they intend to fulfill my order, or not.- A shipping timeframe for my product (their website states 1-3 business days within the **************).- The business to remove false advertising from their website. (remove the shipping expectations, the phone number, email, text, and sales manager etc.), unless they are able to adequately staff their business and complete shipping expectations as advertised. If the business is unable to fulfill these my order within the advertised timeframe, then I would like an immediate refund of my purchse.

      Ordered an antenna & surge protector from them on 5/18/22. Website stated 3-6 day delivery for my area. Began to investigate the company after 10 days of not receiving my order. Saw all the horrible reviews & called to cancel the order. I actually got a hold of a person after a couple of tries! He stated that since the order had shipped, it couldn't be canceled. (Even though it was sitting at the post office down the road from them & had been for days.) He said if I didn't want the order anymore, I should tell the post office that I refuse acceptance of the package. That's what I did on 5/26/22. The package was set to be delivered on 5/31/22. My mailman told my husband that the package was refused per my request and was sent back to the sender. That was 7 weeks ago & I haven't received my refund of $89.90, yet. I started calling them on 7/11/22 & leaving voice messages everyday since then (except weekends). No one ever answers the phone or calls back. I seriously can't believe these people are still in business after 22 years! I wrote reviews here and on ****** to help people from ending ** in this type of situation.I don't have documents per say, except the transaction on my bank statement when I was charged, and the tracking info that says it was returned to sender. I didn't receive anything saying they got it.

      I don't think the bank can get me a refund. The transaction is not disputable. The transaction was legitimate. I purchased an antenna and surge protector from them, but changed my mind after reading reviews. I had the package sent back before it was delivered. I just want a refund, since I had paid them. How would the bank get me a refund?

      I ordered antenna 4-28-22 called more than 30 times since 5-8 with FINALLY a return call the clerk looked my order and FIRMLY said it should be here in a few days. Haven't received it yet still no return calls

Lava ****** Ultra 4KMotorized Outdoor HDTV UHF/VHF Antenna Transaction ID: 8BXXXXXSBXXXXXM Merchant Transaction ID: XXXXXXXXWXXXXXXXX Purchase on: 20 Oct 21 Shipment received on: 30 Oct 21 Paid using: ********** ****** Credit Card Transaction: Appeared as *******Antennadeal This company did not ship in 3 days as guaranteed; hence another item was acquired elsewhere. The item was eventually received in 10 days. Attempted to contact them for an RMA per their 60 Day Return Guarantee, but their phone is not answered, voice mail messages not returned, text messages are not returned, and email requests are ignored. The item is still sealed in the original packaging. I would like to return this item per their advertised guarantee and receive credit for such.

      I bought an antenna from antennadeals.com originally on 10/5/2021 for a total of $79.95 which was guaranteed 100% satisfaction or a money back 60 day return. My order number for that is 8VTXXXXXYXXXXXXXR. Well the antenna arrived and it did not get channels advertised so I wanted to return it. I finally got a return address after trying to someone to answer customer service number for 2 weeks and mailed it out with tracking to the sender address on the original package as I was told and the package was successfully delivered there 11/5/2021 **** tracked. Now I can not get a hold of anyone through there customer service phone number or an email response for several weeks as it is now 11/22/2021 and I still haven't have a response or call back. I have been calling everyday but no answer. Hopefully this can help me get my refund. Thanks. Also I have more photos of the paid postage on the addressed return package before sent and a **** receipt with matching tracking number. I have also included 2 other photos. Thanks very much. Hopefully this will help

      I placed an order for an antenna from Antenna Deals. I ordered from this company because of the misleading information on the website which states they have a 100% money back guarantee within a 60 day time frame no questions asked. The website says 100% satisfaction guarantee, shop with confidence, plus it also states that they are an A+ dealer A+ Business Rating. The website said to enter my zip code to see how many channels that I could receive which showed that I could receive 45 channels at my location. I receive 11 channels with the cheap indoor antenna that I purchased at a retail store. I hooked up the antenna sent to me from Antenna Deals & I received the same 11 channels that I was already receiving with the cheap indoor antenna, but no more than the same 11 channels. The antenna was put on a pole at least 20ft. in the air & still we received no more than 11 channels. I called the customer service phone number to ask about a refund.... the call was unanswered but I received an immediate text message which I responded to, however, I never received a response back. I once again called the customer service number only to have the same exact actions occur. I called the phone number for customer service a 3rd time & this time someone answered the phone & told me to send back the product with a receipt in the box, which I was not sent a receipt from Antenna Deals but I printed out my credit card transaction receipt & put it into the box. I was told to send the box via **** & email the tracking number for the package being sent, which I emailed a copy of the receipt & the tracking number to the email provided on the Antenna Deals website. I was told that when I emailed the tracking number that I would receive a refund within 48 hours of sending the tracking number. That was 2 weeks ago & I still have not received a refund from this company. If you're thinking about ordering an antenna from this company BUYER BEWARE!!
