I ordered an ivy plant from Dalton Florist on 2/13/24. I stressed that I wanted to make sure that *********************** received the plant. The florist refused to send me a text or email of the plant upon my request. Since, the delivery ****'s brother ***** has been sending me text messages and calling me with no mention of the plant. ***** has been living at **************. I have received calls that sound like *****' voice stating he is ***** the other brother. The father *********************** told me that **** never answers his phone and he can only reach *****.I have not heard from **** about the plant or anyone in that family. Since ***** has been leaving me voice mail stating he is "very angry!" ***************** have taken the florist's call and answered the door and he has said he was **** at times.When I spoke with ****, the owner, yesterday she was rude and accusatory with me. She accused me of ordering many gifts and that it appeared the family and **** did not wish to talk to me. I said that was odd since the dad encouraged me to call **** and ***** is asking me to lunch, to meet him at hotels, but I decline. I have not ordered a plethora of items from Daltons except the one plant. **** kept referring to my order as flowers. She would not let me explain and she insisted she spoke with ****, and she would not describe the person who came to the door. I heard it was a fill in delivery person and now she insists she delivered the plant.I want a full refund due to no one in the ******* family has made mention of the plant and all my crying, distress from **** berating me and stating the family did not want to hear from me. That would have been nice to know six months ago. This is not something I do a lot nor send a bunch of flowers or plants except to my immediate family. I would not treat a paying customer like trash and praise the recipient unknown to me. Please do not contact **** or that family about this again for my protection.Initial Complaint

I ordered flowers to be delivered in flower mound tx, the zip code was entered incorrectly, the flower shop called me and told me the total of 167$ was not the correct total, the new total would be extremely less. And that I would recorded a refund for the first amount. I've never received that refund.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/28) */ Contact Name and Title: Krista A****, Manager Contact Phone: 972-691-2806 Contact Email: daltonflowerstx@yahoo.com This complaint is in regards to an order you placed on our website on 3/3/22 (order #XXXXX), by Ms ******. Ms. ****** entered an invalid zip code and our system charges and extra fee for out of delivery zones. Since I was able to catch her mistake, I was under the impression the credit was issued when I voided the order and entered the correct zip code. Once she realized the credit had not been applied, she contacted us and I was able to contact our credit card processing department on April the 15th, at which time the credit was issued. I called Ms. ****** that day to let her know the credit was issued on our end and it could take 3-5 days. She then confirmed that she had received the credit. I thought the situation was resolved. Today, I called Ms. ****** to confirm if she has received the credit and got no answer. In addition, her voicemail box was full. I also emailed and have not received a response.
