      I purchased a Schumacher SJ1332 Rechargeable AGM Jump Starter for Gas Diesel Vehicles from the Schumacher Amazon store. I waited past the Amazon return window to be sure it works properly, or I would have returned it. The first time I used the air pump feature, it didn't work right. The unit comes with a 12 month warranty so I called Schumacher and they told me to dispose of the bad unit and they would send a replacement. The replacement didn't work at all. The green charge light was on without being plugged into the outlet and when I attempted to charge it, it let out an alarm like a smoke detector. When I called and spoke with ***** at Schumacher customer service, she told me the unit was completely dead and to send a picture with the cables cut, which I did. ***** told me the unit wasn't available and it would ship when it was available. The attached e-mail chain tells most of the story, but doesn't list the phone calls. She told me it shipped on 29 May, but it never arrived. She couldn't provide any tracking details, wouldn't reply to me emails and when I called, she would tell me they would track it down and I'd get the replacement unit. I sent emails to other customer service people but they go unanswered. I recently spoke with ******* because I can't reach *****, and she told me ***** no longer works there. Just last week when I called, I was told she was on vacation. ****** told me the unit shipped from the warehouse, but couldn't provide a tracking number or any proof the unit shipped. I was told the same thing last week from a man in customer service, who told me he would get down to the bottom of it and email me, but he never did. ******* told me the same thing yesterday. If the unit shipped, it would have a tracking number and would have showed up on my doorstep. So, while they continue to stall, I am out the $199 and the unit. I want to be reimbursed or have a properly working unit.

      I purchased a Schumacher SC1455 EV charger back on June 1, 2023 from Autozone. I have not had the item for more than a year and the charger port caught fire melting the plug-in port. I reached out to Schumacher Electric as stated on their website for a claim for their 1 year warranty on 1/17/2024 and I have not heard back. I called several times to their customer service line to only receive a voicemail box. I would like the company to honor their warranty guarantee and review my claim as soon as possible.

      i ordered a replacement cable for die hard jumper pack on may 8, 2023, i was told it would arrive within 7 business days I did not receive my order, i called back on May 19 th and I was told something happened and the order never got sent out, i then asked the order be cancelled and *******. said she would cancel the order. I have not received a refund and when I call i keep getting the run-around. i have been hung up on on at least 2 occasions. They also will not transfer me to to a supervisor. I believe this company may be scamming people out of their money based on my experience with this company.
