I went to Soapy ****'s at ****************************************************************************** for a OBD state inspection. There were no cars in the inspection bay and the inspector was doing nothing but the guy named **** told me that there were 2 cars ahead of me for inspection. The 2 cars were going through the car wash. I did not want a carwash, I just wanted an inspection. **** told me that I had to wait. I did not wait. I went to ********************. My car was inspected immediately and they gave me a $5 discount. I only had to pay $20. ******** told me that if my car did not pass inspection, I would not have to pay anything. At Soapy ****'s, you have to pay $25 even if your car fails inspection. Goodbye Soapy ****. Goodbye ****. You lost another customer.

Went to this car wash to get my Truck and my wife's Audi detailed. The attendant was playing "Let's make a deal" when I pulled up and told me if I loaded $400 on a Soapy ****'s Gift card, he would give me the "***************" ($350 value) for free. So, I did just that. We came to this discussion because I wanted to make sure that both of my vehicles got waxed and clay *** buffed. He assured me they were way more qualified than other car washes to do this service. Long story short, I went to pick up my truck after they told me it was done and there was no way anyone waxed this truck. I could ***ely see out the window to drive home, and there were bugs still on the hood. The attendant told me to come back in the morning and he would take care of the problem. I returned the next morning to run my truck through again, but this time, I watched from a distance as they completed the job. Nobody ever touched my truck with a buffer, and if they did wax it, they used a spray bottle of liquid wax. Not the high-quality carnauba cream wax that you would expect. I brought my wife's car in after that and the same thing happened. Nothing but a spray bottle and cloth. No buffer at all. This is a deceptive practice on this business' part. I will not be using the remainder of my gift card or going back to this place again. There is no place for dishonesty in a job that is considered "detail oriented". What a shame.

Unprofessional. I went to get my sister's washed and waxed. I had 1 valve cap missing prior to arriving to this establishment. When I arrived to this establishment, I ask the employee how long it is going to take to do the car wash and car wax? He states "About 1 hour or 2." I give him my cell phone number and told him to call me on that number when the car was ready because I was leaving in another car. He never did and no one else called me back! When I arrive back, to pick up my car, I see there's a used blue rag inside. Then, I see that I am missing now 3 valve caps! I turn around looking for the Manager and ask him how could this have happened? He claims that no one removed them, but he couldn't prove it to me! He said he was going to go check in the tunnel. The employee who attended to me earlier didn't seem the least bit concerned about any mistake he made when he was standing there at the counter. Meanwhile, the Manager came back and bought me a pack of 4 valve caps and placed 3, where they were missing. But why did he have to go through all that trouble? Because he knew that he needed to take action, but what he doesn't realize is that now I am taking action by filing a complaint with this unprofessional place. The fact that they failed to acknowledge that they didn't call my cell when the car was ready and the fact that no one apologized for the inconvenience I went through of waiting to get my situation resolved, just shows how unprofessional they are. I don't trust this place anymore. This is how consumerism becomes a huge problem when there just plain unprofessionalism and improper communication and follow-up.
