I put a hold on a sound bed for 99$ with the understanding that they would let me know when beds were available. I received an email mid Oct saying my reservation was now ready for shipping, and bed needed to be paid in full to fulfill the order. After paying for the order I received nothing so inquired about my shipment... was told there was a delay and I would receive it mid Nov/Dec. Next inquiry stated that my bed would be "shipping in a week or so" putting it here end of Dec. I inquired several times with no response until yesterday, this is the response I received;"Most orders, including yours, are now expected to face a delay of approximately two months. Additionally, due to our manufacturers scheduled holiday break, a few batches may encounter further delays. We are scheduled to receive a container with your SoundBed at our warehouse by late February. We are aiming to fulfill your order by early March. I have asked for a full refund, to which I have not gotten a response. I also tried to call but the number listed does not get answered.This company should not be "fulfilling orders" and taking payment when they do not actually have a product in hand to sell!Business response

I am sorry to hear about your experience with this company, but unfortunately the business you are referring to isn't ours.
The business you have filed the BBB complaint against is a small, part-time digital marketing agency in Fort Worth, *****.
I wasn't even entirely sure what a Sound Bed was, but a quick search shows me that there is a company called "Feel Opus" (***********************************************) which may be the company you were trying to contact instead.
I'm sorry that I can't be more help and hopefully you are able to get the refund you are after.
