I dropped off two pair of walking shorts, pair of pants and two shirts Wed morning the 28th. On Friday the 29th I went to pick up my clothes and I was short one pair of the shorts..I did not notice until I got home. Right away when realized I was missing a pair I called and I was told I dropped off one pair of shorts and one pair of pants. I reaffirmed I left two pair.. white (khaki)and a blue pair, which was missing. Since I have been going to the location on **************** for yeas and the clerk knew my name, thought she would look into it for **** called again, today August 1st to inquire if my blue shorts had been found. Again I was told I got all I dropped off. I insisted I am missing the pair of blue shorts and why after all these years am I calling about a pair of $20 shorts if what I said was true. She was rude and hung up on me. I never once cursed or raised my voice. If she had something like we looked but could not find anything or I am sorry ******* this happened. She kept saying I got all I dropped off when I know I didn't. It is not the cost of the item but just the lack of respect and accepting responsibility that a mistake could have been made.
