      We have been using this dry cleaner for several years 4-5yrs with no issues with service until the last two times. The first time I didnt say anything and let it go because it had been the only time we had an issue. This time (yesterday 7/24/23) I picked up my dress (brand new dress worn once- took to the dry cleaners so it didnt get messed up) and a few other items from them, my dress was ruined. I got home and was putting all away to notice my dress fabric completely ruined I called them immediately, they said it was almost closing time could I come back tomorrow. First thing this morning I drive to the store for them to see it. The First **** apologized and said let me get the manager to see what we can do. This lady the manager came to my car and straight away said we didnt do that that wasnt us. THEN she looked at the dress and said you did that that wasnt us there is nothing we can do. I called back later after being told to call and get the insurance information for the dry cleaners and file an insurance claim, this same manager lady l(she remembered me coming to the store) said we dont let ppl file insurance claims and we cant file a claim for you. The damage to the dress is very much noticeable, I noticed it immediately when I got out of the car at home. I didnt look before I drove away. They would have noticed it when it was dropped off and would have pointed it out to say we arent at fault if it would have been there, they looked at each item when dropped off.

      On or about 2/23/22 my wife and I dropped off her PURE SILK jacket that was purchased in ********* for dry cleaning. At the time of drop we had informed the clerk that the jacket was pure silk so she had checked with the manager if they were able to clean the jacket and she said it was ok. So we left the jacket to be picked on 2/28/22. On or about 3/3/22 my wife and I went to the Dry Cleaners Supercenter to pick up her jacket. At that time we had noticed that the jacket had like burned stains on the front and the back of the jacket like if over heated on the steam press. We brought to the attention of the clerk and she told us to leave the jacket for reprocessing . After a few days we went back to the cleaners to pick up my wife's jacket and the jacket still had the burn stains on the front and back. At that time we had asked to speak to the manager. Manager ****** came to tell us that the jacket was brought in that way, we told her that the jacket was not burned nor damaged prior to it being cleaned at Dry Cleaners Supercenter. Well manager ****** started yelling at my wife and me stating that they were not at fault for the damage. Rather that argue with her we had aske to speak with the owner and ****** said he would be in Monday3/7/22 at 9am. My wife and got to the cleaners at 9 am on that Monday and manager ****** said Owner Sheriff was at the store earlier but had left to go to another store. I told ****** that their actions were unacceptable and very poor consumer practice. Manager ****** and another female employee told us to take the jacket and get out, I had called the police to the store but they said they do not get involved in civil causes. The other female employee even attempted to hit me with the jacket recorded on video .I am seeking restitution for damage to my property and to let others beware of the practices of the Dry Cleaning Supercenter

      The vest in question was extremely dirty when it was brought in. The stains they are referring to are aging stains from being stored improperly. They were even marks on both inside and out. We do not press silk on a press machine, we only use steam. No employee yelled at them. ***** started video recording us and we told him he didn't have permission. ***** called the police, so we told them they needed to wait outside. Three times they were told to leave and refused. We had them removed from the property when the police came. We did not damage the vest and we do not do them any restitution.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      As mentioned on the initial complaint, we had informed the clerk that the garment was Silk. She had the garment examined by manager, the stains were not on garment until they cleaned it, how can they say that the stains are aging stain from being stored improperly. That doesn't make any sense whatsoever. They caused the damage from lack of traing as you can see from the numerous reviews on line about this company.
