Subject: Complaint Regarding Missing Credit Reporting for Innovative Auto Finance Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a complaint against Innovative Auto Finance regarding their failure to report my auto loan payments to the credit bureaus.I took out an auto loan through Innovative Auto Finance in 2021. Since then, I have made all of my payments on time. Despite this, my credit reports do not reflect any activity from this loan.I have contacted Innovative Auto Finance multiple times regarding this issue. They have consistently assured me that the reporting would be updated within a few months, but this has not *********** a responsible borrower, I believe it is important that my positive payment history is accurately reflected on my credit report. I deserve to demonstrate to other creditors that I am a reliable borrower.I am requesting that Innovative Auto Finance immediately update my credit reports to accurately reflect my on-time payments for this auto loan.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,**** ******** ************Initial Complaint

I called in to get a pay off on my car and they gave me the ant to pay off my step dad sends in the check and we are getting the run around like they never got the check my dad is up in age legs hurt he lost the receipt but going to the bank soon to see if the check was cashed I called for days now and they do not have the check so I get a letter in the mail that they would take down my percentage rate 6 percent not 9 percent I called back and said no I want to pay it off and I want my title the girl yelled at me and hung up now I found this company on line INNOVATE I WANTED a cheaper payment so they payed off my car and Ive been making payment but now I just want to pay it off this sounds like scammers and my name is not even listed on the car to track my name it was not calculating so Im afraid something is not right I need helpInitial Complaint

I paid my vehicle off in full December of 2023. Innovate Loan Servicing continued to pull monthly payments out of my account for 3 months. I have been trying to get the amount of ****** reimbursed since March of 2024. I've been given the run around since and have had no resolution. I'm trying to get reimbursed what is owed.Initial Complaint

After refinancing my car I got my loan through this horrid company. They do not send out billing statements which I have asked for several times. I would like to know my current balance and my payments made. My car was totaled out in July of 2024 by hail. My insurance company paid ******* dollars and also on August 6th they were paid ******. From canceling my extended warranty and another payment will be going to them for cancelation of my cap insurance. They are saying my payment is late and I owe 800 dollars. This is interesting. I have emailed and called atleast six times in the last week but no one is available to talk to me in the insurance department even if there is one who knows. All these payments have been going to my account how can it be late? Worst company I have done business with. Stay away.Initial Complaint

My loan was sold to Innovate several years ago & my payments have been setup for autopay since the beginning. I've never had any issues until last month. I got several phone calls from Innovate but no one left a message & I was always in meetings so had no idea why they were calling. About 2 weeks later, they called again & I was free to answer only to find out my account was 20 days past due! The *** couldn't tell me if the auto pay attempted & failed or my bank rejected it, he also said they should have left messages (clearly if I knew there was a problem, I would have called back!). I made the payment the next day, thinking it was a fluke. Yesterday, received another call that my autopay didn't go through again! This *** tells me that their 3rd party payment company, Paymentus, is having ***************** are working very sporadically (with no eta on when it'll be fixed!). I make the payment & ask about late fees because this is NOT my fault that their process is broken! She tells me I'd have to talk to a supervisor, she can't waive the fee or reduce the 'processing charge' for making the payment over the phone. Again, I can't get into my account, she can't help with that either, just tells me I'll have to call Paymentus (why would I call their 3rd party billing company, my account is with **********************!) but doesn't provide any contact info. Still waiting on a call from the ***************** submitted multiple login help requests, no response to that either! Totally unacceptable!Initial Complaint

On 7-16-24, my car was repossessed and I was told I have 72 hours to redeem my vehicle or it would be sold. I made a payment on 7-14-24. I asked the repo agent to not take the car. I called Innovate loan services on 7-17-24 and spoke with Virginia,She also told me that the repo agent did not Breach the Peace and that my first thought should have been to contact the police. On the contract that I requested from Innovate **** Services, it shows Open Road Lending my lender. However, the lender/investor is Pagaya. I have no idea who ****** is as their name is not on the contract. On 7-2-2020, I received an email from Open road lending as my refinance company. Today, Open Road Lending stated they assigned my contract to Pagaya. It also shows on the contract that it has been altered as of 12-28-22 at 11:08am. This was not on the original contract which shows I electronically signed it on 7-2-2020. I again reached out to Innovate **** services and spoke with Virginia. She told me that I had called several times today and the only thing she needed to know was if I was going to pay to retrieve my vehicle. She also said that she has given me all of the information that she intends to give me and to call back only if I wanted to discuss retrieval of my vehicle. I am still awaiting a response from customer service for the True Bill from over a week ago. This entire contract is fraudulent and has continued to change hands without my acknowledgment or consent. Furthermore, I am the original creditor. All named in this complaint have been able to gain access to the Securities attached to my SSN. Double dipping and making me pay myself back. I demand my vehicle be delivered back to my home , a full refund of all money paid toward the vehicle contract, a full refund of all funds withdrawn from my Securities account, cancellation of any fraudulent debt charged to me or sent to any credit bureau and to close access to all Securities attached to my SSN in accordance to 12 USC 1431.Initial Complaint

I had an auto loan with this company and it was paid off over 60 days ago. I ask how long it would take to get title and they said 30. -45 days after payoff. I sold vehicle and now I am going to be sued because I cant produce a title. I called back today and they said nothing has been requested to get title. I said thats simply not true because you told me when it was paid off it would take ***** days. And I even expressed I needed asap. But if I dont get title I am fixing to be sued. Car has been paid for since 2021 and when we try to go for the county to get the title it shows that there is still a lien on the vehicle. We have been attempting to get the title for over 6 months now and cant!!!! The company does not answer the phone and we keep getting the run around going back and forth. They are liars because they say the title is in the mail. Theres no way it takes 6 months to get the title. They are refusing to send me the title for MY CAR. They do not answer the phone and nobody calls back.Initial Complaint

Car loan has been paid off since 2021. They never mailed my title to me. I have tried to obtain the title at the County ************ and they cant give me the title because they are still the lien holder. I have attempted to contact them for MONTHS and they will not respond to me. I get the run around every time I call them. The car is a piece of junk now that I can no longer repair. I cant get rid of it because I cant get the title because they refuse to send it to me. I call them every day and get the run around. I am out of options I dont know what to do anymore.
