      They stole my package containing my iPhone 15 pro *** my 10th generation ipad my series9 watch 3 games for a ps5 and a **** ps5 headset I paid for next day shipping Air *********************************************************** any 8:43 when I dropped the package off I go track my package and they got it as label created at 6:29 and as if the package was never received when I specifically dropped the package off and shipped it at 8:43 am ******* asked me what was in the package and now my package mysteriously didn't get delivered and can't be located

      This package was shipped from ******* Store in **********. The package was mis-sorted after it was picked up by *** driver from the *** Store on the same day it was shipped. The delay of the shipping after package gets picked up from the *** Store is beyond ******* Stores control. ******* Store can file a refund for the shipping cost if package gets delayed due to *** mis-handling, which we did and it has already been approved by ***. The package arrived at its destination 1 day late. The customer receive a refund within the next 5 business days. This customer also apologized for saying that we stole her package.

      I am rejecting this response because: I never received a refund and my receiver never received their package and its not allowing my receiver to file a claim i went to ******* to see of the package was received and it was not my package is still missing and a *** driver has forged a signature

      After the package was delivered the customer called and apologized for her outburst. Later the customer called and stated the package was not delivered. The *** Store filed a claim for an undelivered package. *** denied the claim because the *** driver obtained a signature from the recipient when the package was delivered. The refund for the package being 1 day late was approved as stated before and the customer will receive a refund for the package being 1 day late.

      I am rejecting this response because: WELL IM TELLING THEM WE NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE I CAN SHOW PROOF WHERE I HAD TO DEACTIVATE THE SERVICES ON THE DEVICES BECAUSE WE NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE SOMEONE FORGED THE SIGNATURE *********************** NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE
