I am giving ZERO stars based on poor customer service, non communication and not honoring their advertisement of 50 dollars off for my purchase. I am a 22 year veteran so After reading their website I figured Id support this business. HUGE mistake. I wish I had did my due diligence and visited this BBB website first. The coupon was not applied to my order. I called several times and its the same response no matter what time of day you call, The voicemail directs you to email their customer support group and Ive done that several times with no response. They dont provide a tracking number they charged me the full amount so someone is available if they can take my money. I havent received my merchandise either. This definitely not the way to conduct business. Me as a veteran wish I would have not allowed myself to be fooled just because they list themselves as a veteran owned company. I have contacted my bank and have submitted a dispute. Buyers beware!!!Review from TOM S

Placed order 2 x never received product , had to stop credit card payment twice.They do not care about customer relations and satisfied customers.They only care about taking your money.Zero response from RW ARMS.Hopefully they will be out of buisness soon.RW ARMS GIVES THE *** INDUSTRY A BAD NAME DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.Review from David F

Ordered a barrel magazine for my s&w m&p .22lr and have not recieved my item. They took my payment no problem. Then didnt sent my item. Ive E-mailed 3 or 4 times with no response, called the number with no response. Horrible business practice making veteran owned look like a shady front. I want my purchased item or a refund! Seems like this is how they do business now that I have found all these horrible reviews. Please don't order from this fake company. They say everything they sell is IN STOCK and ready to ship right away....2 months later, still waiting...Review from David S

As others stated, order placed in mid-August, 2021. Now mid-November, order still shows processing. No email response, no voicemail response. Never answer the phone.Don't do business with this person/company.
