The attached documents outline the two separate annual pest control Enterprise Package contracts for my properties on Eisenhower ** and Blossom **, respectively. After a horrific Mars construction project experience that extended over a 3 yr period to resolve, I renewed my annual pest control contracts through **** on 30 Jan 2024 solely with the stipulation that ****** ***** be the technician that exclusively serviced my homes. Being annual contracts, I paid both contracts upfront with service appointments to be executed on a quarterly basis (8 treatments total, 4 appointments per home). When contacted by a Mars representative on 30 September 2024 to schedule the third of four appointments, I was notified that Mr. ***** was no longer with the company. Due to the severity of the previous issues & the fact that my contract specifically stipulated that Mr. ***** would be the only technician to service my homes, I notified Mars during the call as well as formally in writing that I no longer wished to continue business with them per the cancellation terms of the contract. I requested a prorated refund of $373.47 as there are still two service appointments at each property that have not been & that I do not want them to fulfill. ***** *****, a Mars account receivable specialist replied to my email 03 October that Mars would not cancel my contract and refused to issue my refund. She further referred me to her boss, ****** **** (General Manager) as the party who made the decision & provided his email address. When I requested his phone number to discuss the matter further, she refused to provide that contact information.I followed up with a phone call to the main office at which time a representative relayed that Mr. **** was not in the office. She also refused to provide his number but took my contact information to leave him a message. As of today, 14 October, I have not received a reply email, phone call, message, nor refund from Mr. **** nor Mars.
