Unable to cancel subscription services even when repeatedly requested. My first request was back on February 20, 2023. Their contract states you can only cancel at the end of your subscription, remove their content from previously used, and turn off auto-renewal. I canceled and could not turn off the auto-renewal function, but I did forget to remove the content. The thing is, I used three songs in three ******* videos. They could have quickly notified *******, and they would have flagged me to do so. I didn't do it out of spite, but I forgot. What gets me is that I can not stop them from billing me even though I've written them. They finally specified the three videos I needed to remove their songs from, but I cannot turn off auto-renewal since I've expired since March 2024. they have no problem continually billing me $34.99 a month. You're hooked into their contract with any consumer protection to quit or be financially liable.Business response

Hi there!
Your first request for cancellation of this account took place on April 24, 2024. Our team explained the contract terms and what actions would be necessary to break your contract early. It looks like you did not respond to our explanations on April 24 and May 20, then you emailed again August 19, 2024. Our team again listed your videos utilizing Musicbed assets that must be removed to avoid copyright infringement.
It looks like there is some confusion between "Account Expired" and "Subscription". You were given a free trial of our Enterprise features which expired March 20, 2024. Your paid subscription, however, has remained active.
My colleague ****** responded with next steps on August 20: this video has not been removed *******************************************. Until that is complete we cannot cancel your subscription.

June 23rd, 2021.I signed up for Musicbed's royalty free music subscription. Cost was USD$99.99/month originally.I contacted MusicBed and requested to cancel my auto renewal for my subscription March 13th, 2022. While preparing for the tax season I realized I have still been paying for the subscription.I reached out to Musicbed February 19th 2024. The contract was auto renewed for another year and changed to USD$109.99/month. They did cancel my subscription however would only refunded a month worth of the service. I believe this is unfair I made a direct effect to cancel the service before the renewal on May 13th 2023, and the service was set to auto renew in June 23, 2023. I believe its malpractice to not allow users to disable auto renewal for a yearly contract costing so much. The resolution I am looking for is a refund for the entirety of the yearly contract I tried to cancel. My account is registered under *****************
