Ordered 24 bottles of wine from business on July 13. I received notification of shipping on the same day with expected delivery on July 14 via ****** I received email notification a delivery attempt was made on July 14, but none was made. I received another email notification a second delivery attempt was made on July 15, but again none was made. I contacted ***** customer service and was told the package hadnt been shipped as Grape Creek does not ship Friday- Sunday and the package would be delivered Monday July 17. Waited all day Monday only to receive another email notification that delivery would be rescheduled to Tuesday, July 18. I received another email notification a delivery attempt was made on July 18, but none was made. I contacted Grape Creek and was told to again contact ****** I contacted ***** and spoke to 4 different people who provided excuses from the driver couldnt enter the building, to these notifications are system issues, and finally that delivery was simply delayed. I received email notification a delivery attempt was made on July 19, but none was made. I again called ***** per Grape Creek and was told that I would need to call both companies at 8am July 20 to get a resolution. Im getting the runaround and this needs to be fixed. Either deliver the wine or refund my money.Business response

Hi ******,
We did receive a complaint from *********************** regarding ***** not delivering the wines she purchased from **. Below are the notes in our system regarding the communications with her. She was refunded for the shipments that she did not receive and ***** eventually returned the wines to us. Please let me know how I can further assist you.
Both Shipments returned and unpacked.

Wines are in process of returning. Refunded as requested. She called us "Liars" and said she spoke to us a few times, although no phone call was received.

***** called VERY ANGRY that her wine was not delivered by *****. We have received NO communications from her, although she claims she called multiple times and has spoken to us. She accused us of not believing her when we were trying to help her. ***** tracking stops 10 days ago (7/18/23). Spoke with ***** who advised filing claim for lost wine. Issued RTS in case it is found. Will issue refund upon approval. Emailed confirmation. FQH-GCFGP-857
