      We had a reservation for one night, 11/23-24/21 at the Econo Lodge in **************, ***** for our son. The room charge was $112.72, which was charged on my credit card. On Friday, 11/26/21, an additional charge of $282.50 showed up on my account from the Econo Lodge for dog, blankets, and trash. Attempted to call the hotel for three days in a row with no success i reaching anyone. Also sent an e-mail directly to Ray, the general manager with no response to date. Also, contacted and filed a complaint with ************** Econo Lodge sponsor and they could not reach the hotel either and have since filed a complaint on them. This matter is totally bogus and so unnecessary and unreal. Want the $282.50 refunded immediately. One additional item - the room didn't even have blankets on the beds, only a duvet cover??

      > Guest checked in to room on 11/23/2021 and checked out on 11/24/2021.
      > Housekeeping reported the room had been left in unusually bad condition.
      > Excessive trash all over, excessive pet damage including pet hair everywhere, much of which was sticking to the carpet.
      > We had to take the room offline for 3 days to get rid of the odors and deep clean the carpets of stains and hair.
      > As per hotel policy, customer was charged a $250.00 cleaning fee.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have repeatedly asked for time and date stamped pictures of the room as they described the condition upon check-out and to date they have provided nothing.  Also they indicated that items were missing but the inventory requested has not been provided.
