I had to call 4 times to transfer my prescription. People are not trained at all...sometimes they forget to ask my DOB, sometimes they forget to ask my medicine name...I had filled all the details online and they said they did not get my online submission. Finally, when I said I dont want you to fill my med, they found all my info magically somehow and filled my med. So they had my info all this time and wasted a week in filling my med.I am requesting $25 store credit for wasting my time and poor service,Customer response

Hello- the business called me last week and told me they will issue me store credit for $25 but they haven't sent the credit yet. Can you pls follow up?Business response

Hi,
The customer already received $25 store credit and is happy with the settlement issued. He also told me that he will remove his complaint as it was a miscommunication between the employees and the customer.
