Cake Craft ordered several containers of product from overseas and requested my company's services to have the containers delivered to Cake Craft. Unfortunately the experience working with them has been very poor as we were left unpaid on several shipments. We were given excuses and told we could not be put in touch with the correct party to handle the issue. We just kept being sent to voice mail. After months of frustration it became clear that their customer service team was experienced at redirecting calls to voice mail to which no response would ever come. We turned the matter over to collections agency which has observed the same sort of evasive tactics from Cake Craft. I noticed they also have a worse-than-average rating on social media for their treatment of their customers. Since they were not even listed on the BBB site when I tried to file this complaint/warning, I feel obligated to warn potential customers and venders about the irresponsible management of this company. I would like for them to make it right by paying their debts. I suspect that I am not the only one considering the practiced manner in which we were transferred every time to a voicemail no matter what we said to the customer service staff. They have been instructed what to do which makes one suspect that there are others who are being evaded.Business response

Our organization has been through major structural changes over the last year post-covid, which has caused us to lose sense of proper customer service and more importantly has put our business under temporary financial strain. Since then we have been working extremely hard to remedy any past mistakes and properly take care of any open ended items that our customers have presented to us. I would very much appreciate the opportunity to discuss a resolution with International Logistics as quickly as possible, as we begin to turn a new leaf in the business and our relationship.
