I got a 2015 Mercedes-Benz in October Had immediate issues they said they fixed and didn't and told me good luck in court and laughed at my situation. They charged me $11000 more than it's worth and the Manager Tucker Saye told me he didn't care that it was my problem. Within six months the car I pay 700 amonth for now needs complete rewired which cost thousands and now my wife has no car to take my kids anywhere.

Customer purchased this vehicle as is and we tried to help him but he threatened our manager with physical harm and called us derog names that we can't repeat. He's responsible for all repairs, customer also had a choice to purchase different vehicles and chose the mercedes. He got a trade in offer from carvana ( he doesn't understand that dealers will offer him less for his trade so they can sell it for more. We tried to help our customers here, once he started calling our manager derog terms and making threats to phyyscially harm him, there's nothing we can do to helo him.

I will provide the necessary documents that the vehicle is sold as is. Sometimes I myself don't mind helping our customers, Mr ****** has been very rude, I'm sorry that he doesn't accept responsibility because he wants us to pay for his repairs, He's more than welcome to stop by and trade in his vehicle, as long as he covers any negative equity from his trade, out of pocket. We wish him the best and unlike him, we don't threaten anyone or called customers out of their names.

I purchased a 2016 BMW X1 7/30/2022, the car has broken down 4 times since the purchase. August 6 Air went out they said the car just needed Freon. Aug 20th car ran hot spoke to Murad @XXX-XXX-XXXX he said the car wasn't serviced before they sold it to me. Picked the car back up on August 31st, the sunroof shade fell and the car was running hot again. Picked the car up on Sept 2nd the car proceeded to make whining noises they said they would check it out when they fixed the sunroof. Sept 24th while at the gas pump the car ran hot and shut off. Moe sent a tow truck, they kept the car for a month without any communication to me. When I finally spoke to them he said the radiator had a leak. they returned the car on 10/27 and the battery died, Moe said he wasn't going to fix it, Murad his partner came out with a new battery and broke the latch to the hood. He said he was going to fix hasn't fixed it yet. 11/15 the heat went out and Moe said use the warranty it was good. I took the car to BMW and they said the warranty doesn't cover the coolant leak and it would be 2100 dollars to fix. So the car is just sitting because I cant drive it in the cold and with the coolant leaking it could mess up the engine. BMW found the the engine mounts are broken when they did the review of the car. The warranty they gave me doesn't fix that either. I have only had the car 4 months and I have not been able to enjoy it. I'm scared to drive it anywhere due to the previous break downs and I still have to make a car payment to keep my credit from being hit.

We made the necessary repair to this vehicle after customer signed deal as is and we provided her a loaner vehicle. ***** is a no cooling off state so unfortunately we're not able to issue customer a refund. She also filed a complaint with the state and we were found of no wrong. We deeply apologize that she has buyer's remorse. The most peaceful solution we can offer her is to trade the vehicle in.

The case was closed but the car dealership never switched out the car, I called on numerous occasions to switch car. They have since lost their license on 3/17 but are still operating. How do I dispute this closing of my case because they didnt honor what they put in the communication.

Customer purchased a used vehicle as is, all we can offer her is to trade in her vehicle and put down the difference between the trade in value and her payoff and get into another vehicle. If that doesn't work for her, we completely understand and we wish her well during her vehicle search.
