On 12/16/21, ordered a hat from the company in the amount of $66.90 which included expedited shipping (1-3 days). I received an email confirmation order #HM1031 stating that I would be notified once my order has been sent. It is now 01/11/22 & I have yet to receive my order. I reached out via email on 12/29/21, to the the email listed on their website (******@yahoo.com) but I have yet to receive a response. I reached out again via email on 01/07/21, requesting a refund. Still no response. I also reached out via Facebook & Instagram, but still no response. I purchased this item for my Step-Father for Christmas as it was on his wish-list. After not receiving my purchase I looked online to find more information about the company & found that their social media is outdated with few followers (2018), the email is a yahoo email, and that there is another BBB complaint in regards to the same exact complaint as mine. I believe this is a scam company & would like a refund d/t not receiving the product that I paid for. This is my first step, but I intend to take further action until my money is returned.
