I received a refund from this company for a chip bag that got stuck. When it was approved, I received a electronic check, a first for me and didnt know that existed. I get the check and the third party site only allows for one viewing so the check could be printed. I dont have a printer and I have to pay for a page so thats not a full refund. When I asked Canteen for another form of refund, they ignored me twice. From the nature of the refund process, they seemed sketchy. I thought I could have another option, such as a code for the machine to give me another snack, but it took two weeks for them to produce this e-check, which could only be printed with one viewing or else it would be forfeited. I need help because of course these people would ignore me even though they are the ones being sketchy. In this age of banks being suspicious of certain checks and freezing accounts I need help getting another solution if there is any. I have been at this hotel for six months so they have a lot of my business. I have had many checks sent to my address for laundry refunds with no issue for amounts as small as **** for machine issues but this company doesnt want to understand my point of my concern. I have not even attempted to cash the check from Canteen as of this date. Please help.
