******************************* placed my account on a water leak without proof. I live on a fixed income, and my water bill continues to be higher, costing me more money every day that I turn on my faucet. I have been a customer for at least twenty-five years. My loyalty means nothing to *******************************. A scanner charges me a prorated amount rather than an agent getting out of the Haralson County Water vehicle and manually reading my meter monthly. This is extremely disturbing for me as a citizen of *****************, and I am treated by people in positions of authority as a second-class citizen. I am paying a bill generated by a scanner, which is not without error. **************************** is blaming the ******************************* for the problem that I am dealing with. I have no water or gas because both companies are pointing fingers at the other company blaming the other company while I am caught in the middle of who is responsible for the crisis I am now facing.***** Sue *****************Business response

This complaint does not have any connection to VeraBank. How did it get to VeraBank? I have confirmed this person is not a customer and the email is not directed to VB. Do I need to state that in my reply?Business response

Weve read the customer complaint *************** and do not find any customer by this name in our data base. The customer lives outside of our market area.
