I first notified the office via telephone on June 25 at 11:52am about the problems with my air conditioning unit. I would set the thermostat to 67 degrees at night, like I always do. However in the morning, the AC unit never manages to get above 75 degrees. I never had this problem in the past. Maintenance replaced the AC coil in my unit after this notification, however the issue still persists. Today for example, I set the AC to 67 before bed, and when I woke up in the morning, the thermostat is sitting at 75 degrees. And it is only 77 degrees outside. I am also sick and tired of the property manager, **** trying to gaslight me telling me, "oh thats normal," because it is not. She tries to justify it saying that the unit only cools 5 degrees colder than outside, but I have spoken to other residents who told me they set their AC to 67/69 degrees and their AC unit cools their apartment to that temperature. I have documentation every morning since June 29th, showing the thermostat set temperature, the thermostat actual temperature and the outside temperature. I can provide these photos if you need them. I am once again requesting that the AC unit in my apartment be inspected and repaired because this is not normal. My AC runs nonstop and my last electric bill was $303. This has been going on over a month now. The unit was working fine when I first moved into the apartment, so if the unit is unable to be repaired, I am requesting to be released from my lease agreement.Initial Complaint

Last month the front office scheduled for my air ducts to be cleaned without giving me any notice until the day of the cleaning. I work and while I’m working my sister comes over to watch my kids. I have a new born a 1 year old and a 2 year old . The guy comes clean my air ducts when I work and tells my sister and kids they have to leave the apartment for 2 hours my sister don’t have a car or a house. I then asked for him to come back when I’m home so we can all leave the home together because I’m the one with the car . I took a 2 week vacation from work for the guy to come any time within that vacation time frame. I then contact the front office to inform them that I was off of work for 2 weeks now ,The front office says I have to pay money out my pocket to get the air ducts clean which is not right every time the guy come to clean the air ducts I’m working and is not informed that he will come. MY KIDS ARE GETTING SICK FROM THE AIR DUCTS NOT BEING CLEANED . MY NEWBORN CAN HARDLY BREATHE IN THIS SITUATION. I NEED HELP WITH THIS ISSUE.Initial Complaint

Management is horrible and very rude. The whole apartment complex on the office sides got water has been off for a month now. And they keep telling us the water will be on. People in these apartments have kids and should not have to go without water for more than a month.Initial Complaint

The communication and level of service here has been horrible since the day of move in. The manager or corporate office does not return calls, answer calls or resolve any long going issues. I reached out to management to advise my water bill was extremely high. The Manager Hortencia advised I needed to contact the city. I advised the manager months ago the unit had a possible water leak. The manager had maintenance come in take a picture and leave. The results were that it was an old leak. The lack of communication, the filthy parking garage and so much more has become unbearable to deal with. The level of service has been horrible since day one. When going in the office no has any enthusiasm at all
