I am writing to formally complain about Quality Custom Cabinet, owned by Mr. Mike ******. On September 7, 2023, I placed an order for custom cabinets, making an upfront payment of $925 (50% of the total cost) through ****** with an expectation of delivery within five days. Regrettably, Quality Custom Cabinet failed to fulfill its commitment. The promised delivery date passed without any sign of the cabinets. It was only on September 18, 2023, that Mr. ****** informed me that the delivery would occur the next day, September 19, 2023, around 1 pm. I adjusted my schedule, waited the entire day, but the cabinets were never delivered. Subsequently, Mr. ****** assured me once more that the delivery would happen on September 20, 2023. However, as before, this promise was not followed by action, and the cabinets were not delivered as agreed. This situation caused significant inconvenience and placed me in an exceedingly challenging position with my elderly client. Despite numerous delays and unmet commitments, Mr. ****** has not issued a refund of the $925 payment, which I urgently requested due to the critical nature of my project. The absence of both the cabinets and the refund has caused severe financial and professional distress. Due to these ongoing issues and the lack of responsiveness from Quality Custom Cabinet, I had no choice but to source cabinets elsewhere to complete my project. I urgently request that this matter be addressed. I insist on receiving a full refund of the $925 payment. Given the repeated failures to fulfill the contract and the substantial inconvenience caused, I believe this request is both fair and reasonable.
