On 8/31/22 I paid 21,000.00 cash for an engine that was supposed to be new surplus exact match based off my engine serial number and cpl number. The engine was for a Komatsu SAA6D114E-6 QSL9 CM2350 CPL#4353. The engine block, front gear housing, low pressure and high pressure fuel system components and electronics were wrong. The exhaust system, ecm and electronics were all for and older year and style without emissions. Parts were used and dated as well. Connectors were full of paint as well as corrosion. I was just going to use the long block rather than fight with them but even that would not work. This company requires you to wire transfer them the money before shipping so you will not know its wrong until its too late. I went to the location to inspect the engine. It appeared in the crate as if it were the right one. You could not tell until engines were side by side. Business refused to talk to me about returning or exchanging it and if you purchase from them you will be required to sign all your rights away as a formality. Warehouse had 1 employee that works 1 day a week. They have a huge internet presence as RS Industrial engines for Cat, Perkins, Isuzu, Komatsu and many others that makes you believe they are a legitimate business. Buyer beware!!!
