I purchased a set of their dumbells on September 15, 2022 through Amazon. The item was delivered on Sept. 28, 2022. Because the deliver company messed up the delivery window I chose, I had to arrange for my daughter-in-law to be at my house for the delivery. Upon arriving home, we realized that the 20lb weight set was missing from the order. I immediately reached out to customer service, and provided the invoice number and tracking number they requested on September 28, 2022. I reached back on October 29th to follow-up. I received a response that the "We will provide an order number once my claims area processes it.". Today is October 4th and I have reached back out again yesterday and today for an update. I have received absolutely no response. I tried to call the number listed for customer service and the recording says that they are only communicating via emails to the email address I have already communicated with.
