We decided to go with Advanced Tracking Technologies, Inc for our ********** **** ****** We had the initial installation of the *** ***** on 5/12/22. From day one we have had and continue to have issues. After 5/12/22 not all units were active. I started my inquiry about the units shortly after the installation by phone and started emailing and calling on 5/26/22. It took from 5/2022 until 8/2/22 to have the replacement units installed. The length of time it took solely falls on Advanced Tracking Technology, Inc. I spent hours and hours making calls and sending emails following up. I have an email paper trail to back up my claims. Even after the 8/2/22 & 8/36/22 installations, there were additional problems with 4 more units offline. They were able to bring 3 of the 4 units up but the 4th unit will require an additional installation or evaluation. This information was only made aware to me last week. Prior to that, I had been given no insight as to what the problem was. We have never received the services that were presented to us before we signed the contract. We have occurred numerous expenses having to pull our employees off of jobs to comply with their requests to take pictures of the units, etc. only to find out that the unit had never even been installed! We have 21 employees and I have spent hours and hours trying to have the services we were promised and following up regarding their miscommunication and lack of communication. This was and is time I do not have especially when it is all because they haven't fulfilled their obligations. I think if you review my emails you will see I have been very communitive, and have tried very hard to make this situation work. Bottom line - they have not fulfilled their contract. The bottom line is this company has not provided the services it promised. Having a working *** ****** in place that is reliable is essential for our business. Most of our contracts are with the county schools and surrounding military bases.Customer response
