IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Victor, owner of Federal Moving and Storage LLC. I moved from TX to WA using ALL OVER THE STATE MOVING & STORAGE, they hire this person Victor to pick up my belongings from a truck which was broken in Colorado. When the truck arrive to my house Victor was not there, it was another man name Joseph, he was ALONE with not other men as state in the contract, so it was impossible for him to unload the truck and take my stuffs to my 2 story house. He argue that he didn't found nobody but when I called Victor he forced me to pay the rest of the money $1,500.00 or he would tell Joseph do not unload the truck and leave with my stuffs. I called police but they told me they couldn't do nothing because the company "All over the state moving & storage " should be involve, but it was Sunday and nobody answered. I pay after Victor insulted me by phone and forced me to pay or Joseph would leave with my stuffs. My husband and I we end up unloading the stuffs with Joseph, but when I reported to " All over the state moving & storage" the owner and CEO refused to do something alleging "he don't know Victor", it was told to me by his secretary, which I called her 21 times. He told me her boss , the owner and CEO will call me but he never did. I hope TX would so something against this 2 companies which are working with not moral neither ethic and they lie to customers.

Scam is all I can say. They were hired through a scamming broker, both companies royally screwed us. They take advantage of people and their pockets. A quote of $4000 to move turned into $20k! Had I not paid half They would've held our items hostage and added extra costs. I asked for a partial refund for supplied they charged us $1500 and used our packing items we purchased! They should be in jail and licenses stripped along with ******** ******* ****** ***. PLEASE BEWARE and they will stay in touch enough for you to not think your being g scammed, no refunds ever given. They took every dime we had and we struggled for a while. Shame on them!
