Spoke to Chris on the phone and was told the truck we were interested in was in immaculate condition. They assured us everything was ready to go for us. We booked an immedate flight to Houston. When we arrived at the dealership we waited on the truck for hours to come back from the mechanic. Test drove it to find multiple issues. Missing paint, cracked dash, air vent was broken, the tire sensor was out, AND for the biggest issue of all... oil pressure issue. After trying to convince us nothing was wrong they sent it back to the mechanic and assured us all would be fixed and replaced by morning. Finally 3 days later we just show back up at the dealership. They tell us they tried to reach out and let us know it was ready. We proved we had no call. Test drove the truck and nothing had been repaired. So now after $40 ubers back and forth thru Houston we are leaving with no truck. If you want to waste time and money this dealership is for you. If you want a truck ready to go with excellent customer service and care this isn't it.Review from Alissa L

I bought my 2012 F250 Diesel truck out of state, thinking it was a great deal. I fully inspected the truck myself and test drove before purchasing. The truck had a cracked windshield which I was told was factored into the cost and could be repaired, same day at a local shop. I decided to go through with the purchase. It wasn’t until after I got to the glass repair that the truck started to stall. Once the windshield was repaired, I filled the truck with diesel fuel and headed for home in South Carolina. But the truck broke down in Florida and we have yet to be able to drive the truck. After having to pay for a tow and an unfortunate misdiagnosis by the Ford Dealership we are still dumping money into this vehicle. The truck was tuned against factory standards and is now causing issues with normal drivability. This is an immediate safety hazard and I would highly NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this business.
