My daughter played for half a season and enjoyed it. When it came time to sign up for the next season, my family was considering moving out of state. When I told Albion, they said to sign up anyway as it would be better/ easy to unenroll her than to sign her up last minute if we stayed. I agreed and signed her up, only to be totally scammed by them. I alerted them that we are moving and not only did they not refund my deposit, they are continuing to charge my card every month and have completely ghosted me. I get that they have a policy of no refunds, but I have email documentation that they agreed I could get out of the policy if we moved. I've supplied all this in writing and over the phone and they have been unresponsive to me for more than a month.Initial Complaint

I am filling a complaint about this organization. The only thing that they worry about is Money. We started in Aug 2022 playing for completive league. the training is bad and the coaches are so very rude ow they speak to kids and compare the boys to girls. My song regressed in his position instead of progressing. i have spoken to directors assistant directors and GM about leaving and getting payment back and they are only worried about where my son is going to play next. they disregarded all my emails in reference to me not bein g happy with this organization. I've paid $2,232.48 for my son to just do ****** for 45mi. No real coaches that help the kids get better. Anyone you speak to just wants to give an excuse. I've tried reaching out several times and only get emails back no actual phone calls and they wont address returning a percentage back to me for a season that is until may 2023 that my son wont be playing. My son doesn't go to training anymore since Dec 10th and they wont return my money. I need help with getting refund back on a least half of the season. For what we pay the quality of training is Terrible. the use a curriculum book to train the same thing daily.
