    Yes, Allure Virgin Hair is pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions. We find that our return rate is extremely low and we are proudof the hair we offer. At Allure Virgin Hair our team maintains a very highlevel of quality assurance. However, we understand that there may be a case in which youneed to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodatereturns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn ortampered with.
    MayI return/exchange my order?
    We are very happy to accommodate request on returns/exchanges forhair extensions that have been unopened, unworn, unaltered or tampered with inany way. You may return/exchangeyour Allure Virgin Hair Extensions order ONLY if they have been unopened and nottaken out of the packaging.
    All products also go through a rigorous process to make sure youare receiving the best quality virgin hair possible.  All hair orders are thoroughly inspected by amember of our quality team prior to being shipped.  It is a top priority to make sure you arecompletely satisfied.
    However, weunderstand that picking the right color and wave pattern can be difficult whenchoosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened Allure Virgin Hair Extensions. Due tohygienic reasons you can only return/exchange items that have not been opened,worn or tampered with.
    Whyare Allure Virgin Hair Extensions non-refundable if opened?
    Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product.Allure Virgin Hair takes matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to bereturned for the safety of all of our clients.  Due to Federal Law this is a standard practice among other hairextensions suppliers which do not allow returns of opened items for the samereasons.
    How do I make a return/exchange?
    You must contact us first at (info@allurevirginhair.com) within (3days ). We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All AllureVirgin Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in theoriginal packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return/exchangewill not be issued. All returns/exchanges must be accompaniedby a copy of your invoice/packing slip.
    We will then provide you with our return address where thereturned items will be inspected to see if you qualify fora return. Opened merchandise will not be refunded. No exceptions.
    Do I have to pay for shipping of myreturned items?
    Yes. Clients are responsible for the shipping of returned items.We recommend that clients include tracking and insurance on returns as well.Allure Virgin Hair is not responsible for lost packages.


    Whenwill I receive my refund or exchange?
    You will receive a full refund via your original payment methodafter your return has been inspected and approved by our quality team. Refundswill not be issued for items that have been opened or tampered with in any way.Once processed, it usually takes 2-3 business days to see a credit to yourmethod of payment.
    Exchanges will be go through the normal order fulfillmentprocessed and be shipped out in the order in which they are received.

    Howlong to I have to request a return or exchange?
    At Allure Virgin Hair all request for returns must be submittedvia email at info@allurevirginhair.com with (insert amount of days here) of delivery.

    MayI return/exchange my hair extensions without getting a return authorization?
    No. All returns/exchanges must have a return authorization priorto being sent back to Allure Virgin Hair. Failing to receive authorizationprior to sending back will result in the items being returned back to youwithout being inspected by our quality team. Always get a return authorizationprior to shipping.

    It will take approximately 2-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We shipMonday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship ordersthe same day. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to process (if youorder on Monday, your order should ship out on Wednesday or Thursday). You willreceive a tracking number once your order ships.
    For your convenienceif you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is advisable toorder far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give youa delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information wereceive from our shipping partner USPS. We are not responsible for lateshipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrierdelays. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as a businessday and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPSto deliver your package on time.
