I bought multiple weight plates from this company. When I opened the box and set the weights on my gym flooring, there was an oil on the weights that stained my flooring. The oil ruined my expensive flooring and there is nothing you can clean it with that will bring out the stains. There was no warning in or outside of the box. If there was a warning I would have placed the weights on a towel or something similar. I contacted them and asked them to reimburse me for the specific section of gym flooring because I have to replace it now. They slow dragged their response and eventually said no with the excuse of "that is how we ship our weights". This is not an excuse. Now I have to pay $600 to replace the section of flooring. This company does not care about it customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.Review from Nolan S

Bought a $2,700 cable machine that immediately had issues after finishing assembly. The company has no one in the entire US who responds to emails or calls. They outsource everything to India. The lady who was supposed to be the "Product specialist" in India knew absolutely nothing about any of their products, specifically my cable machine. Her ultimate solution was to send a video in because she couldn't help me at all. No one lese answers the phone besides someone in India. This company is a prime example of horrible business leadership. They love taking your money but hate helping you afterwards and could care less. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND! IF ANYTHING BREAKS YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE!
