To whom it may concern: On 9/6/21 my family went to WhirlyBall, ***********************************************************************. Off the bat, one of the cars was missing a seat belt, one of the cars literally caught on fire while my brother was in it, and my dad sliced his finger on a broken steering handle where the rubber had cracked and clearly been put back on without being fixed. We have video and pictures of these things. Insult to injury, we were charged for the experience although they gave us "discount". Additionally, when we asked for the owner/corporations name or contact information, we were told by the manager on duty that "there is no way I am giving that to you" This was incredibly unsafe! We were slated to be there an hour and half, and after they took 15 minutes to fix the seatbelt issue, we played two and half ten minute games, before my dad sliced his finger open and us going to the front desk where they gave a single band-aid despite the size and amounts of blood. ************************* did not have a contract and we do not have a credit card receipt matching that name. The person who did pay out for this event was accepting of the compromise we made on the discount. The normal price for event of that time length, an hour and a half, is $262.50. The leader, whom is not *******, did not pay anywhere near that amount.
These are bumper cars and things will break because they constantly ram into each other. As things break we fix them, see the fact we fixed the seat belt when we were made aware of it. We consistently work to improve the longevity of the cars and do our best to replace any car that has an issue with a spare. We also try to plan what breaks to keep cars down times to a minimum.The owners' personal information is not meant to be and will not be public knowledge for complaints. That is why the managers are there to handle those issues.
