Upcharged my girlfriend nearly $100 on a routine oil change, with hundreds of dollars of "immediate" actions listed out that were complete bs. Would NOT recommend this store to anyone who needs an honest mechanic that isn't trying to pull one over on you based on how you look. Do not send your daughters. Do not send your wives. Do not send your teenagers or young adults. Cannot believe they charged $50 for an additive in the oil change, plus another $30 for the oil filter. For anyone reading this, THAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE OIL CHANGE. If you see those charges on your receipt, YOU'RE BEING SCAMMED. You did not authorize those charges, and no oil place ever should be charging for an additive that is a routine part of their service. The oil filter is <$10 and is included in EVERY SINGLE OIL CHANGE. The only time I went to a Jiffy Lube in college, I was upcharged over $400 for an oil change and tire rotation special that I had to spend five hours arguing over and they didn't even replace my hubs. I'm convinced these shady practices are a storewide policy because I'm sure they've profited massively on customers who simply don't know better and trusted them to perform a simple service. After that, I learned how to change my oil my own dang self. If you've had a similar experience, REPORT THEM TO THE BBB. I would never let my family or friends take their cars here again.Review from Renay B

The employees are courteous, but the company's practice seems a bit dishonest when an incident occurs with your car. They follow some 'standard process' that seems to be for their protection and not in the interest of their customer.They are not interested in really working with you to resolve the issue. I only wanted them to repair my vehicle but they refuse to acknowledge any part they may have played in damaging my oil pan. I believe my oil Pan was damaged during an oil change. I returned within a week of the oil change because oil was dripping in my driveway. The tech acknowledged that there was a drip coming out and asked me if I had hit anything, which I had not. They quickly connected me with the manager who came to my home to take pictures of the car so they could send them to Jiffy Lube's independent reviewer. This independent reviewer never contacted me to get the maintenance records that I had or the statement and pictures that I had received from the dealer, who stated how easy is it to over tighten the cap and damage the oil pan. (I must ads that when I returned to Jiffy Lube with the issue and showed the pictures to the jIffy Lube tech, she stated that she could see how the damage could have happened. )I repeat, their independent investigator never contacted me to gather the maintenance documents or pictures that I had showing who had worked on my car and when. The records seem to point to Jiffy Lube but they are silent. They seem to only want to give the APPEARANCE of doing the right thing rather than actually doing it. I have been without a car for 8 weeks now, being inconvenienced and incurring expenses waiting for Jiffy Lube to step up and do a thorough investigation and fix my car if they were at fault. I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube. I was told that I could get a $25 gift card by uploading a copy of my receipt. When I attempted to do this, I found out that there was no website where my receipt could be uploaded! I called the store to ask about this and they said it is not their responsibility. Clearly, this is a scam. I will never go back to this company and I hope that others will avoid this scam too.Review from Dane V

Easily the worst customer experience I've ever had.I took my car to get an oil change and noticed the next day that 100% of the oil had drained out onto my driveway. I took it back to Jiffy Lube for inspection, and asked them to check the status of the drain plug. I knew that it had to be damaged for the oil to drain like that.They did not acknowledge that they had damaged the drain plug even though my engine was not leaking oil before visiting them for the service. They said these plugs "wear out". Most things will "wear out" if you apply 20x the torque they can withstand I guess.I asked for a refund because this took several hours out of my work day to revisit their location, and my car had been completely without oil for many miles to get there. They refused to do anything until I drove to a ** dealership to replace the drain plug. The ** dealership I went to confirmed that Jiffy Lube overtorqued the drain plug and broke it. There was no seal at all.I returned to Jiffy Lube with photos and documented notes from the dealership to confirm the damage. They again refused to refund me and said I needed to create a case with their corporate customer ********************** outfit.A month and half and 5 emails later, I am still unable to resolve this with their customer ********************** and have received no reply from this Jiffy Lube *********** NOT do business with this Jiffy Lube unless you want someone to break your car and gaslight you about the damage.Review from E. After waiting ****************************************************** and out multiple times with no explanation. When questions were asked the attendant got hostile. This location is extremely rude and not prepared to service customers. The staff is hostile and they refused the manger as well as cooperate information... and because of those reasons my father was threatened and told to leave and that he would be banned from all locations.Review from John C

I went to get the oil changed on my car and requested that conventional oil be used. I was informed that they did not carry conventional oil, so my only options were full synthetic oil or a synthetic blend. Their website indicates otherwise.Review from Jaz G

Women should NOT go to this location. My husband brought our second car in for a quick oil change, he was charged *****, I took it in six months later and I was charged *****. Same car, same oil.I feel taken advantage of and will let all of **************/************ know how women are treated here. Take your car anywhere else, check the price first. Or, better yet, have a man take it in, he'll be treated much better and given a better price.Review from Nicole A

Went for a quick oil change. I checked after I pulled out of the bay. Leaking oil. So I went back and told them. There correction was to put goo on the plug so it wouldnt drip. This happened on my last oil change as well but they quickly corrected it and apologized. They gave me 25% off next oil change which they wouldnt honor on this change. For $100+ dollars youd think they would make sure it was correct. Wont be back. Taking car to mechanic to resolve.I also have before and after photos as proof of goo put on fter I told them about the problem.
