      Date if transaction:12/29/22 The amount paid: $175.10 Commitment: the merchant was sent a picture on 12/28/22 asking if she could do a particular style, she responded yes stating it would be $170 hair included. On 12/29/22 I went for the services and one of the owner employees did my hair. They star on your hair and after 1 or 2 braids they ask you what you think then she (the owner) have you pay & sign a document stating you're paying. The employee finished and it was not the style I was told outed for. I immediately sent the owner a text message showing her what I wanted & what I got. She asked me did I see style before leaving and advised yes, what else I as I suppose to do, it's obvious that they couldn't do the style. So she told me she would watch he cameras & call me back. She didn't call me until 12/30/22 around 530pm when I let her know that morning there was a problem at ****am. So when we spoke she advised she don't do refund and what was it that I didn't like. Explained the style I got is not what I paid for. Even when asked if she could change the front of my hair to match the front due to services I got, she wanted more money that I wasn't going to pay. Due to no resolution I disputed with my credit ********** advised them she offered to take my hair down for free, I advised that never happened & have witness due to I conferenced someone in on our call. I don't know one who don't take service for free. I have been disputing the itch credit card provider since beginning of January & the dispute keeps getting closed due to owner keep lying like she gave a resolution & didn't. The owner know she was wrong and the hair style don't like so at this time I would like to be refunded my $175.10. On top of all this I consulted with other other professional branders & and even they states it was unprofessional and she should have refunded me. I had to pay someone else as of 12/31/22 to redo my hair meaning I took down her style on 12/30/22 myself.
