  Rickey ******* ******** and Mr. Charles **** (architect) are partners in the endeavor. Mr. ****** ********* presented himself as a legitimate licensed general contractor and structural engineer with over 17 years of professional property preservation management and construction/renovation experience. Mr. Rickey ******** submitted a bid for a renovation job for our job and obtained a fully refundable security deposit of $6729.66 which was one third of the cost of the job. The job was contingent on his obtaining the proper permits and licenses to perform work in the City of ****** ***** Texas. Mr. Rickey ** ******** was informed from the start and given all of the proper paperwork to complete to submit to the City of ****** Hill for the permits and business license for the City of ****** Hill, because the City of ****** Hill REQUIRES a contractors license, however, after sometime after continued contact he had still not submitted any paperwork and suspicions began to arise. We began to suspect that Mr. Rickey C ******** was NOT who he purported to be and began to investigate his business dealings in the S*************. We discovered that Mr. Rickey C ******** holds No General Contractors License in the S*************, Holds NO VALID BUSINESS LICENSE IN THE STATE OF TEXAS and that there is NO BUSINESS LICENSE FOR RCT Property ************ Management LLC in the S************* furthermore we have discovered that Mr. Rickey C ******** has several different aliases that he uses in order to take money from other unsuspecting people. His website is a farce and the address that he uses as a business address is a mailbox location masquerading as a business address. Mr. Rickey C ******** business license has been forfeited for failure to pay franchise taxes in the S*************. Mr. Rickey C ******** and Mr. Charles **** electronically presented a fraudulent architectural rendering of our property requesting I submit to the City in hopes of obtaining a permit.

  Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/03/20) */ Mrs. ****** is not telling the truth she hired us to do a remodeling project in her home as we were working on the drawing and the permits and hiring the workers Mrs ****** kelp interfere and requiring we send all paperwork to someone in her office and i would have to call and said if the paperwork were sent at that time, she tells you didn't tell me too. she's was very difficult to get things done with her inability to us do i job. then she send me a email stating that she had hired someone else. so we charge her services surrender.
